Couldn't work air conditioning. Had to leave balcony door open so there were mosquitoes in room which is not good.

Clean . Food okay. Good value for money. Pool area very nice.

Asked about air conditioning we were told by reception that it wasn’t warm enough and to open the patio door, claustrophobia and ravaged by mosquitoes followed over the next few days. Food was mediocre at best, we were half board to be honest there’s so much cheap food you can eat in Benidorm we didn’t bother.

From the outside really nice hotel, pool area clean plenty of sun beds and chairs, whilst we were here mainly frequented by Spanish which I thought was a good thing. Moving inside the areas are clean, we were allocated a room facing out the back with a dawn chorus of disco tunes and building hammers. Rooms appeared adequate with great cleaning ladies but desperately need updating. Location is ideal for the front and the strip and most bars but a bit of a walk for the old town Towels can be changed when you want and the showers are fantastic

Very nice hotel lovely staff. Food good, great value. 24hr reception very handy for late flights. which I often have get a delayed flight and that's in but Montpark. No problem whatever time you arrive..

There was nothing to dislike. The hotel is on a hill so if you have trouble walking it might be a problem

Ok for me but up a steep hill so take that into consideration. Lifts busy at meal times . Bacon sosages not much cop but plenty other things for breakfast.

breakfast very spanish but hay you get what you pay for

I have been going to Benidorm for over thirty year,s been in most hotels .i stayed in the sadoes monico all exclusive best Hotel in Benidorm.but how much can you drink how much food can you eat .you never have to leave the hotel .so why go to Benidorm so much to do . I have stayed at this Hotel before ,a budget Hotel up a very steep hill but i knew this. so i got a mobilty scotter .takes the strain. breakfast not very good better to go out for breakfast .i was halve board now the evening meals was the best i have had in any hotel well worth having .and a bottel of house wine 3 to 4 euroes .very pleased with this people demand such a lot now but this time of year still part of the summer season very good value for the money.

I have stayed at the hotel a few times. The food was ok. breakfast was nice. staff cleaned the tables fast. location is quiet but in 5 mins walk to where the shops and 10 min's walk to the strip which was good.

Steep hill to access ok for me but some may find it a struggle. Or just get a cab .

the position of the toilet in the room was the weirdest I have seen. It was squashed in between the sink and the shower. I only just managed to get my knees under the sink! A larger person would have had no chance.

Pillows aren’t the best but we managed for the 4 nights we were there. Should have asked for extra pillows really. Couldn’t put more than 2 or maybe 3 people in the lift as it was then overweight, didn’t really affect us much as we wasn’t as we were out most of the time.
