United KingdomAsked about air conditioning we were told by reception that it wasn’t warm enough and to open the patio door, claustrophobia and ravaged by mosquitoes followed over the next few days. Food was mediocre at best, we were half board to be honest there’s so much cheap food you can eat in Benidorm we didn’t bother.
From the outside really nice hotel, pool area clean plenty of sun beds and chairs, whilst we were here mainly frequented by Spanish which I thought was a good thing. Moving inside the areas are clean, we were allocated a room facing out the back with a dawn chorus of disco tunes and building hammers. Rooms appeared adequate with great cleaning ladies but desperately need updating. Location is ideal for the front and the strip and most bars but a bit of a walk for the old town Towels can be changed when you want and the showers are fantastic

I have been going to Benidorm for over thirty year,s been in most hotels .i stayed in the sadoes monico all exclusive best Hotel in Benidorm.but how much can you drink how much food can you eat .you never have to leave the hotel .so why go to Benidorm so much to do . I have stayed at this Hotel before ,a budget Hotel up a very steep hill but i knew this. so i got a mobilty scotter .takes the strain. breakfast not very good better to go out for breakfast .i was halve board now the evening meals was the best i have had in any hotel well worth having .and a bottel of house wine 3 to 4 euroes .very pleased with this people demand such a lot now but this time of year still part of the summer season very good value for the money.

United KingdomPillows aren’t the best but we managed for the 4 nights we were there. Should have asked for extra pillows really. Couldn’t put more than 2 or maybe 3 people in the lift as it was then overweight, didn’t really affect us much as we wasn’t as we were out most of the time.
