You can find some modern features.They included drinking water and shower products. UkraineI was charged twice for room service. When traveling with others, it isn’t always easy to track which services were paid in cash and which were charged to the room. The hotel should mark these separately and provide a more accurate bill at check-out.

SpainThe restaurant for breakfast and lunch. There is a Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel, but it only works for several days, and the other hotel restaurant is very basic in terms of interior, food, and service. The level of the hotel is a way higher than a restaurant.

CanadaIf you do not have a (rental) car, you will need to take a taxi to (or from) Barcelona airport. The ride takes less than an hour and costs between 120 - 130 EUR. Public transportation is available at a much lower cost, but it may take more than two hours to get to the hotel and needs a few transfers, including a taxi for the last part of the trip.
The hotel sprawls its long and low structure in a quiet place, surrounded by vegetation and away from busy areas. The room was adequately large, allowing proper movement around the furniture and providing enough space for two carry-ons to be readily available. The air conditioning unit was quiet and efficient, but the large terrace glass door could quickly refresh the room and let the country side air in. The view of the inner court could be enjoyed from the room terrace, large enough for a table and two chairs. The bathroom had the sink and its counter in an open space, separated by a glass door from the space for the bathtub/shower, toilet, and bidet. Beds were comfortable and the room and its door were sound proof. The staff was very kind and helpful, being able to accommodate us for dinner even when the restaurant was fully booked. In particular, the Reception staff and the restaurant's maître d' were very pleasant and hospitable. There are three restaurants available, of which two in the hotel. The Món restaurant offers the breakfast, which was very good, with a large selection of products. For dinner, it is recommended to make a reservation in advance. Nearby, the Medieval Monastery of Sant Benet offers an audio-visual immersion into the dramatic history of this place and within an hour of driving you can visit beautiful Medieval villages as well.

SpainThe room had few flaws and was not very clean. Lack of continental breakfast, most dishes were sweet with lots of sugar. The only other choice was scrambled eggs, not very tasty. Other Four-star hotels have breakfast sorted. The hotel restaurant opens at 20:00 so a bit late for lunch.
Location in a rural area and that it is modern.
