Check-in was done with a code, not a key. The place was big enough for our family. The air-conditioning worked really well

Lift to property very small could only barely fit one person with a back pack

Code wasnt working when we first arrived but we rang the host and it was rectified very quickly, place is located in a good spot easy access to metro, and local bus d20 to the beach. Cooker was a bit difficult to figure out but eventually we were able to use it, washing machine and dryer were a bonus xx pleasant accommodation and we would book again if staying in Barcelona x couldnt find the bins so used a communal one on the main street

The kitchen wasn't the cleanest. The hot water ran out after two showers. The windows were not lockable. Was told to collect keys from one location we got a taxi to that location from the airport to be told that actually the keycode was in an email I had previously recieved. So had to get another taxi back to the actual location to get into the room. There were too many codes also. One for the main gates then one to the area and then another to the actual room.

I left a new shirt that I bought for my son. As I left the house for an early morning flight, I noticed we didn’t pack it. I contacted the property owner through booking and WhatsApp. She hasn’t responded and we desperately would like the shirt mailed to us.

The location is good, the space was great for my family size.

2 of the rooms face inside the building which means event the smallest noise in the building echoes and can be heard from those 2 rooms, and there is very dim sunlight. Limited to no supplies, we had to buy toilet paper for a 3 day stay as we ran out the first day but we didnt ask for it as it is complicated, you need to call a number they they guide someone etc etc. The apart door couldnt open with a push, you need to hit it with you shoulder, then everyone wakes up. Not a smooth stay but ok for the price

It's not a minus in Barcelona, but keep in mind that two bedrooms are without normal windows and light. Kitchen is very very basic, not covienient for cooking.

Nice location, close to the metro station, but also in 15-20 min. You can reach many places of visit on foot. Apartment quite new, clean. Ideal for overnight stay after long walks in Barcelona. Nice tapas bars and restaurants close by.

The elevator is very small so getting our bags up to the second floor took a couple trips. Only one plug in the main bedroom worked. There was quite a bit of street noise at night - not uncommon in a big city.

It was in a good location and very walkable to many of the best places in Barcelona. We found a great bakery and coffee shop right around the corner and started every day with cafe con leche and croissants. Their was a metro stop and easy access to taxis, too, right down the street.

The noise. It’s so noisy with people slamming doors. The doors are old style and heavy so slammed at all hours of the night. Walls also very thin so heard everything. Ear plugs are deffo needed here. Could also do with a net style curtain so people. Any see in when dressing in the front room. Big TV was also broken and the showers were a little strange. No duvet covers on the duvets either. Maybe they thought we wouldn’t use them with the heat but it did go cold through the night.

Location was great. 15 min walk to Las Ramblas. 20/25 to Port Vell and beach front. Air con was excellent. Great to have 3 rooms so we had one each and two bathrooms.

Electricity kept tripping out. Tiny lift only room for one person and suitcase at a time. Hard pillows.

Our host was fantastic, funny guy. Lots of room. Wifi good. Beds comfortable.

This apartment is easy walking distance to a train station, many cafes and restaurants and the old city. It's a wonderful base to explore Barcelona from. The apartment is modest but has everything our family needed for a comfortable stay including a washing machine and dryer.

Upon arrival, we were charged an additional fee per person. All the apartments were paid for entirely. But since the number of guests changed from one person to two, they asked for an additional fee of 80 euros. The price - quality does not correspond. Dirty walls, broken dishes, the TV in the room does not work. Mold in the bathroom. Water does not drain out of the sinks. Vacuum cleaner missing

Our flight was delayed so we arrived late at the apartment cause of that the landlord was refusing me and my family entry into the apartment, had to say sorry so many times and beg him all that because of my flight which was not in my hand avoid this place

I was very disappointed that check in was from 5pm and check out was 10am. This is not appropriate. There were no basic necessities like shower gel or soap. I messaged the host various times but she did not answer.

Access instructions and access to the unit was bad. Poor beds and minimal furniture. Very cheap. Many things didn't work. No sound insulation, not private. Tenants complained cause we used the elevator to much and made too much noise. The elevator was so small and could only handle 225kg. It took forever to get our bags to our room. Couldn't help making noise as just getting to the room was way too much work. This place doesn't qualify for a rental unit. We were ripped off, in more ways than one.

It had two bathrooms.

2 out of 4 chairs in the living room were broken, the hair dryer was broken, one bed sheet was dirty, the walls were very thin so you could hear everything that happened at your neighbours place.

The instructions to check in didn't update on time and we had issues to get in the apartment. The code was not working and the staff wasn't so nice when we asked for help. Finally it got solved.

The apartment is big and well equipped. The location is also good and close to a metro station.

Very comfortable appartment with 3 seperate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A lot of greate tapas bars in the neighborhood and close to metro station and tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpfull host.

everything was excellent! the apartment is close to everything you might need , very clean and cozy! the bedrooms are big enough and very important there are 2 bathrooms! I would recommend this house to all my friends!

The air conditioning was not very strong and with 30 + degrees in July is needed. Toiletries were not enough for 4 people. Bottles almost empty when we arrived and stayed there for 4 nights. Fridge didn’t cool enough.

The location was convenient, walking distance to main landmarks. Place was spacious.
