Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThere was quite a bit of road noise on the first night.
The staff were so friendly and couldn’t have been more welcoming to our 2 year old. We had everything we needed in the room, cleaning was done at the time we requested. Breakfast was simple but delicious!

United KingdomBreakfast was ok. They cook omelettes and eggs to order but buffet itself is a little limited. Very slow toaster.
Location was great. Loved the pool and the fact you could walk to the beach in 2 minutes and then go back to the pool. great bedrooms

United KingdomHow short my stay was!
The hotel advertises itself as your home away from home. They lived up to this with abundance in our stay. We had a minor hiccup after we arrived. They not only resolved this quickly but made sure we felt "seen' for the rest of our stay. Our two teenage boys loved the friendliness, comfort and leisure activities to do. We also enjoyed the fact the pool was quite quiet most days.

United KingdomThe lower key approach and use of automation make room & pool service delivery feel disconnected and slow.
It’s a beautiful smallish hotel right on the sea. They have a low key approach - think everything’s where it’s needed rather than 100s of staff running around. Beautiful Modern rooms that look just like the brochure, light, airy , well appointed. All of the front of house staff a super courteous and genuinely want the hello

BulgariaEverything was great!
The location of the hotel is perfect, just in front of a beautiful beach promenade and right to the beach. The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated and has very helpful stuff. The people working there are welcoming, polite and always smiling. All restaurants are within a few minutes walk and even the restaurant of the hotel is amazing. Also there is a walking trail next to the hotel and the street in front is excellent for running. We are planning to come back very soon and already recommended the hotel and Port de Soller to our friends.

United KingdomVery strategic location just next to the Play del Repic. And it stands a little bit outside of the tram line, this very quiet. The hotel has 2 robots to serve you food (alongside with the human staff, though - enjoy the future already!). And the best view is obviously from the roof terrace. Staff at reception and in the restaurant extremely friendly and helpful! You won’t be disappointed while communicating with them and all possible issues will be resolved promptly. So if you are looking for modern, pleasant stay just right on the beach, on the first line with Champaign/Cava to your breakfast every morning - welcome to the hotel! :-)

United Kingdom1. Transfer from airport went wrong, no child seat as requested. I understand it is an external company and it was the taxi company's fault (not the hotel, who did their part), unfortunately as you provide the connection to them you have to take a little bit of the responsibility. Can't just say 'not our fault'. But you did try to fix it so thanks. Transfer back to airport went fine, car seat was there but was 15min late. 2. I couldn't turn the air con off, i wish hotels had a simple on-off switch for these panels, but it is a minor point as you can just take the card out of the slot by the door to turn off electricity (and so turn AC off). 3. Just my personal taste but the coffee isn't the best. Fine for a morning or two, but we went to a couple of local bakeries for a post breakfast coffee. Breakfast itself in regards to food is great. These are all small points and also coincidental ones. Whether it is a four star or not as some reviews like to debate is purely subjective. For me, Europe is always a half-star or full-star below the comparative in say, New York or Singapore. So for me, it was definitely a four-star Spanish hotel. A great stay, with good facilities and lovely staff.
A great independent hotel. Location is perfect, right behind the best of the the three beaches & in the midst of the higher end of restaurants&bars in Port Soller. Room 106 was great, massive super king bed (but could do with better blackout blinds, esp if you have a kid), lovely spacious bathroom&living room. Air con is awkward, works fine but we turned off the elec to turn it off. Sofa turns into a big, ok bed if needed. We had a mountain view which was delightful (not sure what other reviewers saw, the road behind the hotel is 5% of the total view, hotel pool another 10%, then 85% of mountain scenery, with sunshine on the balcony). Breakfast was good& as you expect of a 23-room hotel. It has pastries, cereal, fruit, everything to make a hot 'fry-up' & an omelette station. It's enough for the guests it holds, don't expect islands full of food like a big chain hotel. Coffee machine offers the usual but is only satisfactory (i don't think "they have the beans" to quote L.D). Facilities are great, lovely pool, cabanas and lounges. Once again not sure about previous complaints, they are very comfortable (just put a towel on it if the material is hot, or move into shade!). Rooftop hot tub & sauna are great touches & also offer a fantastic view. The service was arguably the best part. Now, I will say that there is usually just one person at the desk who has to do everything, like others have said, so please bear in mind (if the owner/s is reading, help them out and overlap some shifts!) Nevertheless, they are great, esp Arabela, Cristina, Alexandra, Aura & Eva. We tend to be self-sufficient but we needed some things & they came through for us. They also gave us a bottle of Cava one day for my wife's birthday, and another evening gave us some olives as we were laying poolside enjoying some rare child free restbite , just cos they felt like it - lovely people x
