One of the reception staff insisted that we pay and extra €80 per night for an extra person when 2 adults were staying in the double room. Luckily the manager checked us out as confirmed that was not the case, but I expect this was a common occurrence.

The clean staff wasn’t cleaning in the room just they do bed and the floor was very dirty no load coffee in the room

breakfasts were horrible - very limited choice (1 type of cheese), bad quality products (salami, cheese), and NO fresh vegetables at all! No tomato, lettuce or cucumber, no fresh juice…. Very strange in Spain!

The rooms were nice and tidy, beds were comfortable and employees very helpful.

The bed was insanely uncomfortable and very unpleasant to sleep on and my husband and I were there for a week. And we had a very smelly drain in our bathroom so every morning it was a little ripe in there 😳

Staff were wonderful. Rooms very clean. The pools were always extremely clean. It was always so cool in our room with the air con. The maids were very thorough with their cleaning. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Would definitely go back but only if the beds get upgraded 🫣🫣

Beds and pillows was the only negative part. Beds are not that bad to be honest but the pillows are a source of great discomfort. One would argue that its individual taste and that is true! 2 people in the room, we both experienced discomfort due to the pillows.

Fantatic staff, super helpful, attentive, polite you name it! Food prices at the restaurant are great, and so is the quality. The room was always clean and taken care of and they helped accomodate all our needs

Dated rooms. Noisy with traffic. Noisy inside with a day long and evening party which I complained about but got no response from the manager who was very unsympathetic.

Modern. Breakfast very good. Nice pool area. Near a bus stop.

The hotel is in a quiet place, the beach is nearby but you can't swim there, it's not designed for swimming. But the problem is when they make an evening for children (it was a birthday or a holiday, not for vacationers) they make a lot of noise and for guests who are in the hotel this is unacceptable if I want to go out on the balcony or go out to sit in the bar, the children are very noisy, they run around and I don't like it, the tourists who were in the hotel just sat in their rooms because it was very noisy in the evening.

The staff and service are pleasant and attentive to the guests.

As we were there for 6 days, we would have liked a few more room/bathroom facilities. The bathroom had no shelving for toiletries which had to be left on the floor or kept in a toilet bag & hung on the ONE hook! This meant robes/clothes could not be hung up whilst using the shower. The bedroom had no drawers for personal items & only 1 compartment each for ALL non hanging items of clothing. This would have been adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay but was more inconvenient for our week's stay. However it did not spoil the holiday.

All the staff were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed a good breakfast each day with a variety of choice. It was lovely to have a pool area in which to relax.

Good location, close to beautiful private beaches and a short walk to shops and a little village. To get to the marina was a quick bus ride on route 22 direct down to the city CBD. Breakfast and the pool area were amazing and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Poor selection of cheese and ham. Fruits were not fresh. Soft drinks were very poor quality, mostly watered.

Quite an isolated location for visitors without a car but local transport regular & inexpensive. ‘Hotel’ pillows would be a useful addition as current pillows very uncomfortable. Not many options to eat nearby but Arabica served us well. Unfortunately a large group of French teenage guests spoilt our stay due to their shouting at each other until the early hours. No one from reception intervened to quieten them down. Luckily our last night was quiet as they left that day. Not very fair to take bookings from groups like this when they disturb others.

Lovely small friendly hotel. Inviting pool with adequate sun beds. Very clean & close to local transport. Grateful for complimentary bottled water. Useful having a fridge & kettle in the room. Loved that our balcony overlooked the pool.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff and facilities nice and clean. Location suited us nice and quiet area with a bus close by every 15 minutes into Alicante centre for 1.45.

Location is in a quiet residential area. Sea is only a short walk but there isn't any beach there. You have to take the bus, which is easy enough but an inconvenience. Breakfast only offered pork meat.

The hotel itself is well laid out. Staff are friendly. The addition of your own balcony. Room is airy and comfortable.

We went on holiday as a couple and I requested a double bed but we had two single beds pushed together, not really ideal for a holiday. They weren't even fastened together so moved to create a big gap between them every 5 mins ! Shame pool was closed but I expect that was listed somewhere on the website and we missed it.
