Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Apartment is super comfortable with all the amenities. Costumer service is great, they even booked us the taxi van to the airport the last day and allowed us to storage our luggage until the departure time.

AustraliaWe were on level 1 on the front side of the building which is a noisy street front with big recycling bins, a busy tapas bar downstairs, people smoking all the time out the front, comes into the apt. The back ensuite bedroom would get very hot in summer there is no fans, just a window that opens to an internal courtyard which has noise coming from the tapas bar.
Good location, right near the La Ramblas and port. There is a busy tapas bar downstairs which is worth a visit food was good open breakfast through all day. The supermarket is also downstairs.

Second ‘bedroom’ (en-suite) is partitioned from living /kitchen/sofa bed with 3/4 ht wall. Very clean. Check out the excellent Villa Guell across the road!
