Not having an electric kettle (gas provided), working out how to get the power on, the kitchen was a bit soulless, English channel on tv, e.g. world news would be a bonus.

Not personalized check-in. Ramblas area is under construction, streets are dirty and unkept, but this is not under MH apartments' control.

Apartment is super comfortable with all the amenities. Costumer service is great, they even booked us the taxi van to the airport the last day and allowed us to storage our luggage until the departure time.

There was only one air conditioning unit in the living room, which was lovely, however left the bedrooms to be very warm at night.

We were on level 1 on the front side of the building which is a noisy street front with big recycling bins, a busy tapas bar downstairs, people smoking all the time out the front, comes into the apt. The back ensuite bedroom would get very hot in summer there is no fans, just a window that opens to an internal courtyard which has noise coming from the tapas bar.

Good location, right near the La Ramblas and port. There is a busy tapas bar downstairs which is worth a visit food was good open breakfast through all day. The supermarket is also downstairs.

The unit is very close to the Ramblas. Staff were very helpful on the helpline sorting out the ‘self check in’ process. Very large double with en-suite. Second ‘bedroom’ (en-suite) is partitioned from living /kitchen/sofa bed with 3/4 ht wall. Very clean. Check out the excellent Villa Guell across the road!

The apartment was quite clean, but there were some small ants in the living room. The circuit breaker would trip when we turned on the air conditioning.

The apartment is in a good location. It's easy to check in at the self-service kiosk.

Unit power controlled by key. When leave unit power goes out.

Keys are distributed by electronic kiosk. Simple and easy to use. Multiple languages offered. Communication over messaging service was very prompt.

There was no way to enjoy the balcony as there was a workman working on it, we had to keep the curtains closed. The view from the bedroom was a wall with large pipes on it.

The second bedroom is relatively small compared to the oversized living room and kitchen. The bedroom windows have no view, and there is noise from the ventilation system.

Tight elevator. Bad view from the windows. Heating Termostat with erased numers - difficult to turn heating on. Crib with no real mattress, just a firm 4cm sheet.

Location, Privacy. Check-in was made possible earlier than planned. Crib ready made. General good style, relative good furniture. Almost everything you need in an apartment.

Elevator works off and on. AC is only in the living room and doors to the bedrooms have to be left opened to cool the rooms. In house staff were helpful but customer service by phone were not accommodating.

Inside apartment is updated, well furnished and clean. Location is accessible to restaurants, shops and historical landmarks.

The only reason I down marked the facilities as the kitchen was a little tired, not in keeping with the rest of the enormous apartment.

Excellent location, communication with owner excellent also. Cleanliness superb. The heating worked extremely well and easily controlled .
