Stairs and no lift but we did know this before booking

Room was fairly small but was comfortable and very clean. Air con struggled a little but it was 38 degrees in the middle of recent heat wave. Restaurant was good,

The beds were hard, if you like hard beds then you are fine, otherwise a pillow topper would go a long wasy to making them more comfortable

The hotel is charming and well located. The rooms are a little on the small side but adequate. The Restaurant is excellet, had two really good meals there and the staff was super helpful and friendly

The fact we had to carry our bags from the car park up a flight of steps and several hundred meters to the hotel. Only much later in the stay did we find out we could have unloaded outside. The gentleman booking us in at reception really should have mentioned it, especially as it took 40 minutes to do so. Information booklet in English on arrival would have been welcomed.

One of the waiting staff in the restaurant was less than helpful, giving us the wrong language menu & watched us struggle. Having to carry heavy bags from the car some distance to the hotel - ok if you are physically capable, but would be a challenge for anyone who is not.

Nice location. Staff helpful in the hotel. Room was small, sparsely furnished, but clean & with great views. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Easy 2 minute walk into the town. Hotel has no dedicated parking, but free parking in a car park just opposite the hotel.

Attractively decorated hotel in a great location within the city walls for visiting Olite. Our small room was clean and comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast is served by the staff, so selection is more limited. There is no elevator for heavy luggage. Our room did not have a kettle to make tea or coffee. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. While the food was good, we found it to be comparatively expensive.

Not very soundproofed. Restaurant not bad but a bit pricey.

Rather a 'French' hotel, with its brown wood doors, frames and furniture. The receptionist was lovely. Parking was close by and easy. I had a bath in the room.

The hotel did not serve any drinks or snacks until 8pm. Although, I was a short walk to the square to get the children juice. Parking (public) was a walk away but the car was safe. Took valuables with us.

It is cosy, very spanish, the family room was excellent value and the balcony view and access was lovely to have. The position of the hotel is excellent, the restaurant served gorgeous food. We tried a delicious pudding.

The property is a family run hotel where you will be made to feel special and seen. Restaurant is amazing, wine options super! Clean, comfortable, excellent location and free parking, a block away from the castle, with a beautiful roof terrace. In all, like home away from home. Gracias Doña Demetria por la linda charla!
