Only one bartender at the pool meant a long long wait and the cocktails were not good.

Very limited number of sun loungers. There are quite a few Cabanas which they charge extra for. Perhaps some of these should be replaced with loungers as not one was used during our stay.

1. The old lady cook at breakfast couldn't make a simple omelette. Also she was rude. 2. Every morning the fried eggs was burnt. 3. The gym wasn't very good.

Parking was not available so we had to park a 10 minute walk away. The pool bar did not have enough staff to cater for the amount of guests.

We felt the ambiance of the hotel and its facilities were exceptional. The sky room was outstanding, with its free standing bath and raindrop shower with the added bonus of a lovely private terrace with sun loungers. The breakfast choice was fantastic and tasty. The cocktails were reasonably priced and delicious.

We loved the tranquil setting of the pool and garden area. The hotel is in a good location for accessing the beach and amenities. Lovely room and terrace. Great selection for breakfast and all staff were very nice and accommodating.

I want to point out that the staff was very kind, always smiling, ready to help you with anything. Very clean rooms. The perfect breakfast. Congratulations to everyone, you made the perfect holiday.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and rooms were comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, with a live DJ playing at just the right level to give a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was great with a large selection. The top thing for us was the staff, really warm welcome with a glass of Cava, and then throughout our stay, from the bar staff to pool staff everyone couldn't have been more kind and helpful. If your looking to visit Benidorm this is a little gem in the rough.

To many mosquitoes manage to get inside the room and bite up our legs . Also down by the pool on the sun lounges we got bitten.

The breakfast was good however the food was not hot but more like warm . They need to up the temperature of the hotbox that they keep the food in.

Great location. 5 mins walk to beach. 10 mins to Old town. Everything you need is near. Great pool and I loved that people couldn't leave towels on sunloungers then walk away. Entertainment around the pool, great vibe with the saxophone player. Nice chilled atmosphere around pool. Breakfast variety. Room cleaned everyday.

Hard pillows on the bed and not being able to change my wet pool towel without a charge.

The whole hotel is beautiful. The decor is modern and fresh throughout. The pool area is amazing and kept spotlessly clean. All of the chairs are modern throughout the whole hotel and the bar is great. Music and DJ around the pool was fab! Created a wonderful chilled atmosphere. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when I return to Benidorm.
