Very dark rooms and rooms can use some renovation.

Absolutely awesome location - few mins walk to key attractions. Plenty of places around for breakfast/dinner etc. Fairly big rooms relative to other venues in the city - we fit well with two adults and one 16yo. Ideal for 2-3 days stays. May be good idea to look for more modern places for longer (may be just me).

The initial room we were given had a leak in the bathroom but we were immediately moved to another room while their maintenance people dealt with it - the staff couldn’t have handled it better.

Location is excellent. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - suggesting great restaurants and making sure we were comfortable. The loft room was a great size and space for a family of 4.

Poor breakfast, this really needs some actions. The hotel is in the middle of old town with narrow allies. This means that there is not much daylight coming in to the hotel room. Still the lightning was bad and it was not possibile to read a book in the bed. There is a small kitchen in the room but no working lights there. You have a kitchen but only one sofa table with one arm chair in a room for 4 people? Heavily overpriced speacially during fairs.

The rooms require more light. They should install ceiling lights. There is no power plug next to the bed. Other than that everything was very good.

At 9 in the morning you could hear the noise from the instructions outside start. The smell of the room really stung at sometimes of the day like in the evening or in the morning because of the outside instructions.

We really liked the location and felt safe. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room was bigger than we imagined and comfortable. We really liked the rooftop terrace just to sit there and play some card games and enjoy the sunset.

There is no mirrors in the room apart from the bathroom which is extremely annoying (esp when trying to get ready with friends etc) , the lighting is very low/dimmed and you can hear everything that goes on outside at night

The pillows were really uncomfortable. So thick and firm that you couldn’t sleep on them. The location is great in the daytime but it’s not family friendly at the weekend. The noise from the street and neighbours went on until 4am on both nights, making it impossible to sleep.

The room was spacious and really clean. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were really friendly.

The modern styling of the rooms was nice but we found the lighting of the space to be lacking. Bath could use a few hooks for clothing and other items. No shelves in the shower so everything had to be placed on the floor.

Location suited our plans for this trip. The concierge service was exceptional. Cecilia helped with lost luggage, daily planning and anything we asked for.

We found the hotel a little tricky to find. Parking/ driving in Barcelona is a pain but this not the fault of the hotel in any way.

Lovely quiet oasis in the heart of the city. Fabulous room. We stayed in a suite which had plenty of room for our family of 5. Friendly helpful staff. We loved a glass of wine on the roof terrace at the end of the day.

Not a bad thing, just a heads up: the elevator is small (won’t fit a stroller open). So families with small kids or people with lots of bags, just be prepared to collapse the stroller or do multiple trips if you want to use the elevator.

Nice location, quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms. Breakfast was simple but enough. Lots of little shops and food options nearby. Overall, a very nice stay and would recommend for families.

Some streets right near hotel did not make me feel totally safe on that specific location. Very, very noisy at night, you hear every street noise at night.

The only thing which would have helped is air con in the main bedroom but as it was open plan it did cool down - it was just slightly warmer than the other areas.

The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean, modern and the kids even had separate beds which can be hard to find. The staff couldn’t have done more, they were helpful and very polite.

The Hotel was very expensive and not value for money, the lift can fit a maximum of 2 people, and bathrooms are very small, if you stay with your family there is no privacy in the rooms.
