Breakfast was adequate although no hot/warm choices of food. Amazingly thick, lovely towels in the bathroom. Location was good for me, fairly residential and only 10 mins from ferry for my next leg of journey. Very friendly receptionist who, it turned out, used to work in a hotel near my home in Menorca!

Very clean and comfortable. Great location not far from the ferry port. Shops are nearby to cater for all your needs. Staff are lovely and so helpful. The breakfast was nice had a good selection of food and catered for gluten free which was included with the room.

The service was fantastic. The manager drove me to the airport because there were no taxis available. She did not need to do that but she went over and above and I am extremely grateful. The room was very nice too, great bathroom and shower. Great free coffee too. Highly recommend.

Easy parking, 15 mins from the port. Staff were very welcoming, everything clean and new. Great shower - the towels could be fluffier, but that's being really picky! There was no kettle in the room, so we had to go down to breakfast before the usual pint of coffee, but we survived! All in all,

We were welcomed warmly and the room was lovely. Everywhere was very clean, which is so important. The bathroom had a lovely shower and again, it was very clean. The separate gluten & lactose free area for breakfast was brilliant. We had a good choice of food and milks for our drinks. We were very impressed, thank you!

Excellent as my wife is on a Gluten Free diet and I am on a Gluten/Dairy Free diet we couldn't have asked for anything else. It is the first hotel in our year of travelling that has the selection of Gluten Free and Dairy Free that the hotel has. Full marks to you. Pub/Restaurant just a short walk was great with a good selection of food

The hotel is very quiet, but breakfast extremely disappointing. All of the food is mainly vacuum packed and provides little to zero options. A tasteless, cold buffet that is being delivered on the cheap. The coffee was awful, toaster ineffective and fruit out of date. The orange juice was from a low cost carton. The slices of processed cheese ought to be fed to the stray cats. for the amount paid for the stay, the hotel could and should provide better quality and more options. Having visited the restaurant the night before, it's clear that 90% of the food isn't fresh and sits there for an eternity. The one star rating is appropriate for the service and restaurant.

Location great for the airport and walking distance to local amenities. Bedroom clean, quiet, comfortable for an overnight stay. Banged my head twice on the eves in the Bedroom and needs to be addressed. The hotel was immaculate but offers little else.
