We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Patrícia in Menorca. The room was comfortable, clean, and met our expectations for a superior 3-star. The pool was great, although often crowded, and it would be a fantastic improvement to have a poolside bar and a few more loungers – it would make a huge difference and be a real success!

Room we were first offered was not so great but moved to a bigger, lighter room. Staff were mostly ok - some lacking charm and friendliness. All very professional.

It was convenient for the city and restaurants. Bustling vibe re eateries and drinking places. Nice market stalls with Jewellry and art etc. Pool was small but nice and clean, very quiet. Very suitable for quiet families and couples.

Rather strange mural on one of the external walls. Would have been nicer just the whitewashed wall as per by the pool but perhaps with some of the lovely Menorcan plants.

My only concern is that the luggage room wasn’t locked and it was up to guests to put their items away and get them back, which I found very surprising as I’m working in the hospitality industry myself

We loved everything. The formentera suite was wonderful, the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Amazing coffee in the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.

That has been the best pick ever. Great location, close to the old city with bars and restaurants. Supermarket nearby, taxi station and motorbike rental in front. The room was great, clean and bright. The swimming pool is excellent, we could even use the showers after the check out with towels provided by the hotel.

Could be cleaner in the rooms, floor was covered in hair! Breakfast wasn’t a good standard, cold scrambled eggs and congealed bacon, and no bar! Large seating area and snooker table for people to congregate but no drinks available! Bizarre!

There were tea making facilities in the reception area but not in the bedroom. We found out a few days into our stay that kettles were available but this information was not offered at check in. The facility to make a hot drink in the area downstairs by the breakfast area would have been nice

It was a stone’s throw from the city centre and the port but in a residential area so quiet at nights. It had a lovely outside area and pool to enjoy some peaceful downtime in the afternoon

On an island where water is a scarce resource, we were surprised to find the large bathroom basin was a plug-less design. Booking.com: I continue to have this ongoing problem of having 2 accounts, both sending emails to my correct email address, but one where I am Genius Level 1 (the one I'm doing this review from) and one where I am at Level 3. I have written to Mr Fogel about his, but a month later have heard nothing. All I want is for the accounts to be merged, obviously leaving me at Level 3, but with all my trips going back 15 years retained. Please can someone contact me about this?

We really can't fault Hotel Patricia. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, great shower; an extremely extensive buffet breakfast choice; neat little pool with sunny patio and sun loungers. Free parking is available on the street, although you may need to cruise for a few minutes to find one. The beautiful Old Town is less than 5 minutes walk away, where there is a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

Would have loved to have some tea/coffee facilities in our room. Wifi was hit and miss - wasn't helped by lady on reception giving us the wrong password at check in!

Sometimes the cooked element of breakfast (scrambled egg and bacon) was not very hot.

Beds very comfortable. Shower easy to operate. Serving of breakfast until 11 am, and a wide choice.
