The electronic pre check in procedures can be frustrating. I would much rather simply work with a human upon arrival. Parking is very difficult in this lovely historic village. Just prepare ahead of time because it’s still so worth it😊

This is an amazing historic hotel that has a clean contemporary accommodations. Fabulous comfortable rooms, the location of this village is breathtaking. The staff are warm and friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast offerings are fresh, inspired and well prepared. Eating on the outside terrace was a highlight. Very special place! Fabulous restaurant across the street, top notch!!

Nothing it was perfect!

The picturesque views from our room and the terrace area. The location was perfect, so peaceful! 20 minute walk from Soller town and Fornalux. The breakfast was delicious (especially the fresh orange juice) all for a reasonable price compared to cafes in Soller town. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating, clean rooms and towels everyday, full of recommendations to explore the local area. Me and my partner rented bikes during our time and the hotel staff provided us with a waterproof cover for our bikes and electrical charging area which was very kind. I would love to come again we had a lovely stay.

The location and setting of Petit Biniaraix was wonderful. A short walk from a bar and restuarant in a hidden gem of a location. Close to Soller and Fornalutx, some beautiful evenings were enjoyed walking to each of these locations. The cleanliness, the unique style and feel of the establishment. A beautiful terrace to enjoy breakfast or sit and enjoy the views at different times of the day. The members of staff were great hosts, helpful, accommodating and professional.

Only issue I had was the A/C must be on a timer and I couldn't get it to work in the afternoon. There is likely an easy fix for this.

I can't imagine a prettier place for breakfast than the outdoor patio. Food was a 10 out of 10 and service was gracious and friendly. Nice to stay in an intimate small hotel. I'd definitely come back and stay here. Super location with a great view and very good restaurant less than 50 ft up the street.

Perfect breakfast. Absolutely perfect location and incredibly friendly and helpful owners. This is the best quality breakfast I have ever had in any hotel stay. Would highly recommend for immediate access to the mountains and speedy access to the local towns of soller and fornalutx. Wonderful

The only bar/restaurant in the village shut quite early. Fortunately we had brought our own food and stove which we used on the terrace but others should bear it in mind.

Wonderful location in quaint village with terrace overlooking valley down to Soller. Room was clean and bright and the bathroom was huge. I think it was quite recently decorated.

Biniaraix is only accessable via narrow and tricky roads. Very difficult parking situation, so be prepared to walk a few minutes from car to guest house.

Comfortable, calm, very clean and well-equipped. Very kind hosts. Delicious fresh breakfast. Lovely situated in a small mountain village, amidst orange and lime gardens. Terrace with a great view over the valley. Good starting point for hiking tours and day trips (e.g. Deia, Valldemossa, Soller, Tramuntana mountains). Local café bar and very good restaurant right around the corner.

Driving and parking to the town was a big challenge. Parking in the town is very difficult, but we were very very lucky to find a spot in Biniaraix. Afterwards we discovered that the one way road between Biniaraix and Fornalutx had parking spots (Cami de Cas Patro Lau). During our stay we didnt use our car and only walked or used mass transit from Sóller)

We really liked the location, the rooms, the breakfast, and the staff! The hotel was in a quiet and peaceful village on the outskirts of Sóller (we walked into Sóller, and left the car parked) The GR 221 trail went through the village, so it staying in the hotel was great for wanting to hike!! A nice local cafe/bar was just down the street, and was a great place to relax after a hike ... with a drink, food or homemade cakes. The rooms were spotless clean and very comfortable. The rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and nice modern bathroom facilities. We ate breakfast on the veranda and it was a great start of the day with good food, a view of the valley with citrus trees and mountains... The personnel were friendly and helpful and took pride in the food that they served. We would certainly ike to come back, and are recommending friends to get the same experience that we had.

You have to walk quite a while for a restaurant in the evening, and the roads are not very safe for pedestrians (especially with all the bends in the road and then in the dark, you often cannot see the cars coming and they can’t see you).

We loved the location, Biniaraix is the most quiet village of the area and close to the mountains for hiking! The room was perfect and breakfast exquisite!

When we were there in autumn the shop was closed and the restaurant in the village as well. However Sóller was only 10 minutes drive.

New and very clean. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Nice terrace with a beautiful view. Well located in the center of the village. The front room may be a bit noisy in summer as it is on the main Street. Friendly host.

Cons: you must shower very carefully because the shower pairing was done incorrectly causing water to leak out onto the bathroom floor.

The host, she was so lovely and kind- and immediately responsive when I had questions. The facility was so lovely, clean and comfortable. Its location is perfect- about 20 minutes to the beach by car and the hiking route is just behind you. It was a great stay and I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Room on the ground floor maybe needs a better sound isolation, you hear everyone entering the building, talking at the reception, and walking outside.

Great location, but be sure to have a car if you want to go around the island. Host was very nice to us all the time. Umbrellas in the lobby for the guests were very nice touch, since it was raining for a few days.
