Spain- we took a Christmas dinner at the restaurant— didn’t like it - there are no mountain views to pay additionaly for - because of the heating on the air is really dry in rooms in winter and it was too hot to sleep (you can’t turn off the heat completely) - coffee capsules in the room are terrible - TV is not SMART

United KingdomTamara was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. We had a bit of a disaster with our car whilst in the area, Tamara went out of her way to help us get the issue resolved, and made our extended stay at the hotel extremely pleasant. The hotel manager also came to us directly to assist with our trouble, and managed to use his local contacts to help us. The breakfast is excellent, and the whole place is designed to a very high standard. The parking was also very convenient and secure. I hope to return in the future. Thank you Tamara and team!

This hotel is in a fantastic location and probably the best hotel we stayed at on our trip. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was wonderful, spacious and well equipped. The evening meal was extremely good as was the extensive breakfast menu in the morning.
