Breakfast was bad. Very poor quality food and very little variety. If you want to eat some vegetables there are only slices of tomato and cucumber, fruits were rotten and olives were dry. The scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from powder. Also there is a mold under the shower.

The location is GREAT, right next to the promenade and the beach with a lot of bars and restaurants. The stuff is very professional and kind. Terrace with sunbeds with the sea view is amazing.

there was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator in the room, but there is a supermarket in front of the hotel if you need more ice

We were in room 807 unfortunately the flooring in the room was not very good it was extremely squukey, and it was on a slope,the room needed a bit of TLC.

A lovely hotel ,staff were brilliant .Bed was to die for, so comfortable. Breakfast selection was superb.

The first room assigned did not have a balcony (although we booked a room with a balcony) and was small. We had to pay additional 50 euro per night to get a better room, as the supervisor from reception informed us. The initial receptionist was nice and patient, not the same thing with the supervisor. The carpets were worn out, some places need renovation and cleaning, the cups in the room were dirty. The spa area definely needs updates, renovation.

Good location - staff were attentive, and the hotel was perfect for a few days away. We stayed on the 6th floor, an extra large bed which was very comfortable. Walk in shower and double sink in the bathroom. Room was modern and cleaned daily with a fridge and a complimentary bottle of both water and wine. We stayed half board, good selection at breakfast and something for everyone at dinner time. Spa - could do with a little TLC but the free 1 hour was welcomed when the weather wasn't good. The average age was 60+

Some garden areas were untidy with broken sun beds. The indoor pool could have been slightly larger and there were no showers close by to use after using the steam room or sauna. There is also a charge after your initial first visit.

The glasses in the room were dirty, the bathroom soap had spilled and caked over over onto the sink, and the clothes hook in the bathroom had been pulled out of the wall prior to our arrival. The shower spills onto the floor extremely easily, when used. Floor was dirty and had severe water damage. The safe didn't work, even after maintenance came to service it.

Nice buffet, although it was very much geared to the British customers. Excellent location on the beach, easy access to the boardwalk. Nice looking pool and deck. Most of the staff was nice and helpful.

I purposely booked a hotel spa we arrived Sunday to be told spa not open fair enough went monday told was closed went first thing Tuesday to be told non of the spa services were at all working so no spa no massage no treatments nothing was not at all happy

Not so comfy beds with hard martress. Really dark colour prison-like corridors.

Breakfast buffet with a variety and a large selection. Access to beach from hotel. Room was nice.

The hotel could benefit from some upgrades. The floors are very creaky, and the general upkeep of the furniture. We moved room during our stay due to noise from the ceiling (8th floor) and we were reallocated a room which was close to the elevators resulting in us being able to hear the lift shaft continuously. Thankfully, the hotel goes quiet after 11pm so this was not so much of an issue.

The hotel is well situated for the beach and the marina. Plenty of sunbeds away from the pool to be used, as the pool was always taken by 10am.

Lifts too slow , the food was ok but I wouldn’t say it was quality for a 4star hotel . Having people getting up early to get a sunbed is ridiculous . We spent the last 2 days on the beach because of the sunbed hoggers.

The location is great as it’s on the beachfront. The rooms could possibly need a bit of a revamp but they served the porpoise.
