Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

UkraineAs for us, the pillows are quite hard. We prefer softer types of pillows. The coffee machine in the reception, which is available for service until 07:30 am, makes instant coffee which is awful and fully tasteless. Do not even try it!

AzerbaijanIf you don't like anything or you lack something, just ask the reception they will sort out immediately.
Excellent location in the city center, 3 minutes walk to Railway station and Plaza del Ayuntamiento. Bus, metro stations nearby with direct access to Malvarossa beach and the airport. Super clean and modern hotel. Large room with very large and comfy bed, equipped with many extra things, which most of the hotels do not provide, like toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream and razor, slippers. Minibar and electric kettle are also available. Iron and board provided by the reception. If you need laundry, there are many around, just few minutes walk. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Excellent value for money! Thanks to all the staff.

The rooms are spacious and clean. It felt luxurious. Spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfortable. They had just opened their new roof top terrace and pool which was lovely to cool down from the heat of the city.

The hotel fully met our expectations – everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and equipped with every possible amenity. The staff were attentive and helpful. As a hotel, it definitely deserves a score of 10. However, during all three days of our stay, unbearable construction work and drilling started at 7 AM, shaking our room. This was the only downside. I understand that renovations are not frequent, but I believe that such a beautiful hotel should avoid this, or at least schedule it from 9 or 10 AM instead.

KenyaThe room I booked had been priced at 121 for two people. We booked via booking.com and got a 9 euro discount. On arrival, we were asked to pay 10 additional euros to take it back to 121. This was weird, though. Although they advertised for SPA, which is one of the reasons we settled for it, these services were not listed on the services card.
The hotel is easily accessible, offers nice rooms, and has very kind staff. It was only 10-15 minutes to the city centre, where most tourist attractions can be found. The restaurants nearby, however, are mostly Asian; for Spanish restaurants, you have to walk about 20-30 minutes away.
