The furniture could do with an upgrade, our balcony chair was broken and some pool loungers were broken. Our air conditioner caused a power outage in our room due to a leak. The balcony could have been cleaner, couldn’t really use it unfortunately because of the broken chair and the sun beds being dirty.

Perfect location and swimming pool. Breakfast was consistent and good- it did the job. To note: it was the same every morning. Staff were very nice and the parking is super accessible.

Great hotel, staff fantastic. Only down side theres no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The restaurant is not owned by the hotel, the breakfast food was not kept hot at all. The staff were fantastic again. Will be returning well done guys.

Along catalonian Costa Brava we experienced how it can be difficult getting understood speaking english and suprisingly also, spanish, quite a few times. Wherever I go, I ask in spanish, if the speak english, and letting them know I do not understand spanish, but I speak "un poco". In Spain I normally have no trouble getting by with my limited vocabulary when eating in a restaurants and so on. At Mas Ses Vinyes communication was very difficult, althouh they had one waiter working that night supposely speaking english. The english was poor, and there were misunderstandings by the table. It felt like the other guests were paying attention to what was going on at our table. Although the food was great, and it was not a lack of trying with the staff, I am not sure I would eat here again because of the language barriers. I belive a four star hotel in this price range need to be able to care to english speaking guests, in the repection, as well as in restaurant and spa.

Located a short drive from both Begur and Palafrugell, easy to find. Nice view and facilites. Spacious room, modern and clean. Did not try the breakfast or spa. Staying either in the old building or the new ones, located on both sides of the pool, you will need to climb some stairs. But nothing heavy. Had a great meal in the resturant, would recommend, especially if speaking french or spanish.

We were sorry that we hadn't booked a second night!!

Location was spectacular located in a vineyard ,just a few kilometres from Begur. We had a suite in the old part of the building which had a 6 foot bed , sitting room . large bathroom and out door patio. Dinner was exceptional really amazing , with a tasting menu. Boasting an infinity pool , spa , and several secluded gardens

Everything, We stayed here with my cousins Howard and Anne just for 1 night. And as usual it was just as we expected, as when we are in the area we always stop here. Staff were excellent so so helpful and the guy in the bar so eager to help in every way. Thank you. Pat and Pepe.

The silence and tranquility was so nice to enjoy during all our stay, at the pool, at the breakfast and in general everyone was very respectuos and not making noise, I really appreciated this aspect. A very good breakfast with fresh vegetables and fruits and real coffee not from a filter machine as usually hotels à servings for the breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and professional

We Loved Everything.

We loved everything about our stay. The views over the hills, the salted swimming pool, the lovely staff, who sent us wine on my birthday, the great buffet breakfast. The staff are wonderful and the location is superb. We hope to return.

We have booked the Attic for 4 people as we were travelling with parents. Unfortunately, it's not mentioned anywhere that the access to the Attic bathroom is through the bedroom. On top of that neither the bathroom nor the bedroom has any door, that is not ideal if you're travelling with your friends or even family due to total lack of privacy. In our opinion the Attic room should not be advertised for 4 people as it's nearly impossible to stay there in this way. Thanks to the amazing help of the guy who was working at reception this day, we had solved our issue by getting extra room but that wasn't the initial plan for our stay and required some extra payment.

Beautiful spot, easy access to the beach and city, calm and relaxed setting. Comfortable bed. Special mention to the staff, everyone is extremely helpful and nice.
