The only thing that could use improvement is the sink drainage, which isn’t working properly. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect!

This place is absolutely incredible - what heaven means to me. It’s the perfect escape, especially for a first night away with your husband without the little one. The hospitality, the atmosphere, and the breakfast were all exceptional. Thank you for everything - and for letting me buy that delicious lemon cream I managed to convince you to sell me! 😄 Note: Complimentary drinks are available in the common area next to the pool as well as inside the house. Such a nice gesture!

Juan, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming and congenial. Mas Rauric is a mile or so outside the town and because I'd arrived on foot, he offered to drive me to a restaurant and pick me up afterward. The building is a large old stone farmhouse that's been renovated into extremely comfortable, almost luxurious, guest rooms. All the plumbing is modern.

Nothing to dislike!

We had the pleasure of visiting Mauric Boutique Hotel in Llagostera at the end of October, and it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is an incredibly cozy, intimate, and peaceful place where you can truly relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and served in a charming atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the day. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with comfortable beds, ensuring a great night’s sleep. An extra detail we truly appreciated was the free access to water and coffee. Additionally, the hotel is dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us! If we were to mention anything that could be improved, we missed having laundry facilities and a small fridge in the room for storing essentials. However, this didn’t detract much from the overall experience, which we look back on with fondness. All in all, we highly recommend Mauric Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and personal stay in beautiful surroundings. We'll be back!

This is not the property’s fault at all, but since it is in the middle of the nature, I would recommend to travel with a repellent for mosquitos. The rooms were fine and there were none, but in the yard there were many mosquitos.

I don’t really know where to start. The room was spotless clean with an amazing scent. Very spacious with loads of quality materials inside. Beds were very comfortable. The yard is amazing, especially if you have a pet travelling with you, they can enjoy themselves to the fullest. The whole area is huge, but it is fenced from beginning to end so you can have peace of mind with your pet. The breakfast was tremendous with local ingredients. There is unlimited coffee, beer and soft drinks spread out through the facility. Maybe it’s not something huge but at this day and age the hotels try to charge extra for everything, so this approach was very refreshing. Lastly, the owners were extremely nice and approachable. They helped out with everything we asked with a smile on their face. We will definitely visit again.

Everything was perfect

The location was perfect, peaceful and such a beautiful setting , the hotel is of a very high standard , the owners Judith and Joan were wonderful and so welcoming and even booked us for dinner at a lovely local restaurant and drew us a map to walk there , which was only about a 10 min away. We were doing a long cycle ride VIa Verde route and this was a really a lovely overnight stay for us as it is on the cycle route . Breakfast was really good , with lovely home grown produce.

The main road could be heard if the wind was in the wrong direction but could not be seen so you quickly forgot about the noise.

This was a beautiful old property fantastically renovated in the middle of nowhere but not far from the main road. They have a huge garden round the immaculate pool so the sun loungers and day beds were well spread out. The bedroom was beautifully furnished with the best comfy bedding ever on a really comfortable big bed. The bathroom area was very spacious too with an excellent shower. They even provided a yoga mat with a chart of basic poses. There was a fridge outside our room and by the pool with complementary water and soft drinks. The breakfast set up outside on the terrace was again tastefully down and the quality of food choices including homemade produce and their own chickens' eggs was great.Little touches like that make all the difference I feel- will definitely return for longer next time.
