Some of the equipment didn't work. The microwave and washing machine didn't work at all and we couldn't turn on one of the hotplates. Also the terrace was a bit run down, but nice for hanging clothes or just to have a quick breakfast.

The air-conditioning was life-saving, during our stay the temperature in Sevilla rose to 44°, but it was quite comfortable inside. Also the bed was amazing, quite large and really comfortable. And the apartment on the whole is spacious and nice to live in for a few days. Also the location is amazing as you have a lot of different stores around you and it is not far away from the city centre.

For awareness the apartment is on 2 floors and has several steps to the living area, not a mark down just an awareness- we felt communication could have been a bit better, I had received a message to say about information needed but then limited responses and had to check on the morning of arrival how we would enter the apartment - the washing machine was broken which we hadn’t been advised, we had specifically booked an apartment with a machine as we are travelling with limited clothes we can carry, also quite limited kitchenware - 1 glass for drinks between 2 of us, little things like that but overall a good apartment

a few things could have made things better- Paper kitchen towels, basic kitchen items like salt pepper and a bit of cooking oil. the main light in the bedroom was not working. otherwise it was all good

Very poor facilities, even the dishwashing detergent is in minimal quantities, there is no sponge for washing dishes. The hairdryer did not work. The bedroom has an internal window so it cannot be ventilated well and there is not enough light. The entrance to the bathroom is next to the bed in the bedroom, which means that if someone is sleeping in the living room they have to enter the bedroom and can wake up the sleeping person. Guests are asked to take out the trash themselves upon departure. Does the accommodation facility not have organized cleaning?

Communication with the owner, hard to have answered. Had to text every day to have my deposit back for 3 days with no real explanation why, reading messages with no answers … Or some questions before my stay with no answers

Location was great, the apartment it self was good as well, having the terrace was a + with the beautiful weather, we just stayed 2 nights but it’s look like we have all what we needed in the apartment, information to have the access to the apartment was clear

The apartment is quite outdated. The location is fantastic, almost every must-see was within 15 min walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the host was quick to respond. The terrace is very nice, however the paint is peeling off the unstable beds. There is not enough kitchenware and furniture for six people, for example in the cupboards there was only one bowl present. The smell of sewer in the bathroom was absolutely horrible. Don't expect too much and you will have a nice stay!

The apartments were ok, perfect location! But its very old and needs some work done. The price reflected the apartments to be honest, needs a good clean as well. But overall its ok, as mentioned before PERFECT location! Thank you

Kitchen equipment needs some updates (lids for pots, toaster, sharpen knives, plug for kitchen sink). Shower stall needs deep cleaning of grout.

It is above a bar so be prepared for some noise until early hours. Took a little time to get into property but once we had codes via WhatsApp was all good

The area where the apartment is located is in the busy Seville city centre. Seville is a bit dirty and run down compared to Madrid and other places we visited.

The apartment is beautiful but the patio furniture was broken and there were cigarette butts in the ashtray on the outside table. The building has great security and the front door is next to a busy restaurant that was always open and busy when we got to the door, this added to the security as we would not have felt safe arriving after dark otherwise.

WIFi did not work as the property. You only get the access code on the day you check-in. If you do not have access to WIFI on that day, you may have a problem, as you would not know the access code. Communication is another issue. We sent messages to the property, but we never got a prompt reply.

Size wise is amazing for a couple. It even has a kitchen and free wine. Location is closed to the central bus station.

The washing machine ate my clothes! Or rather, the washing machine held my clothes hostage for an entire day. Also when I arrived there were no towels. I was thankful that when I messaged about it someone came almost right away to bring them, but I was on a tight schedule to get somewhere so this made me late. I mean everything was just.... Ok

I don't think that I will say something that the host doesn't know yet or something that i wasn't expecting. I've read the previous reviews. The flat needs wall repairing and repainting. Amenities such as pans and pots need an upgrade too. Cleaning could be better too. The host only communicated with me on the day on arrival. I have contacted the host 2 times between the reservation and the stay, both times I did not get an answer. I knew what I was reserving, no surprises no disappointment.

Minimal linen was provided and a request for an extra sheet and pillow was accepted but not followed up and provided. Upon entry to the property, the foyer was quite dirty and had dead cockroaches on the floor. Last, the water pressure in the bathroom was very bad and shower was small but fine.

Terrace was lovely, the property itself was large and felt like a private retreat from a he bustling street below. Complex is in a great location for walking to and from main Seville attractions. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning on top and bottom levels.

There was a lack of cleaning everywhere on the first floor and on the terrace, dirty tables, couch and pillows. The kitchen is not well furnished, with just 4 dishes, forks and a pair of knives. No basic ingredients like oil and vinegar but you get kilos of salt, not even napkins were in the apartment. No TV in the bedroom and the pillows were uncomfortable, had neck and back pain for days. If you take off the key from its hole the whole electricity goes off, so it's impossible to refresh the apartment while you're outside or making a washing machine (that didn't work). The door didn't have a proper double lock, so many times I didn't feel safe in my apartment and one night I've had a very bad feeling that I won't share here

The structure was so nice, the whole apartment based on two floors with a beautiful terrace. It was well located close to the city center and just in front of the bus stop from/to the airport. One air conditioner per floor

Close to the centre, clean, easy to find and gain access. It has a lift and we had a cot. We didn't have any problem with the noise, maybe because it was during the week.
