We had such a great time at Marina Bayview! The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — you can see the port and the ocean, and it’s the perfect spot to relax any time of day. The heated pool is beautiful and super relaxing, and there’s also a jacuzzi that’s great for unwinding. We really enjoyed the whole vibe of the place — peaceful, clean, and stylish. Breakfast was also a big highlight — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of options to start the day right. Overall, totally worth it! We’d definitely come back for the views, the comfort, and the relaxing atmosphere.

The location is great and I loved the fact it’s only for adults. It’s nice and quiet at the evening. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet time, this hotel is for you. We loved the room, it had everything we needed. The outside pool was warm, we only spent one afternoon by the pool as there is so much to explore. We had a great time.

There isnt anything that I didn't like. All my friends feel the same.

We loved our stay. All of the staff were super friendly. The apartments were exceptionally clean and fit for purpose for our self catering holiday. Food at the hotel was lovely and it was great that we could use the facilities at Marina Suites too. It was a peaceful trip away, with a wonderful look out over Puerto Rico Marina. I am a return customer and have been visiting for over 10+ years. I feel safe and haven't ever had an issue. I will certainly continue to return.

Unfortunately for us the Reception staff were just not nice people ..except of course for Jose who greeted us on our first night, he was so polite and welcoming. It's such a shame and let down for a 4**** hotel to offer this bad service ...we found they just weren't interested or helpful...we found them very dismissive and uninterested which was such a shame ..rather than going above and beyond for a 4**** hotel they " fought back " every discussion and query with a "no" usually ...however I would return as the good outweighed the bad.

It was a beautiful hotel, our Deluxe room was stunning, views amazing , quiet, clean, everything we asked for. Maintenance and cleaning staff so friendly, always a friendly hello in passing. Loved the Sauna & Jacuzzi, steps were not an issue for us. Great restaurants, bar & supermarket at bottom of steps and 10 mins walk to beach.Lovely pool and always beds available, we loved it 🥰..there is nothing to not love about this hotel except ...

The hotel has no entertainment and is very quiet. The lack of music was the only thing I didn't like.

The staff are so helpful. We stayed at the villa. It was so clean, beautiful. The hotel location is great also with lovely views.

The distance from the centre it says it’s 250 meters, but the reality is it’s 25 to 30 minutes walk down , it’s a taxi job up and down , also there was no door locks in any of the bathrooms so the door kept swinging open , the 2 smart tvs in the apartment u could not access the Internet or not even play YouTube or even cast off your phone onto the tv , this was blocked by the hotel as we enquired at the reception about it ,

Room is a little "tired" cracked sink and just needs updating, smaller than the main hotel down the road but the view good. Jose on reception on arrival was lovely, but the rest after that not so good. didnt get names but one chap was chatting to his friend and didnt even acknowledge me and I wanted info about how to re-book for next year so I didnt like that. But on the whole the stay was good.

Pool and pool area was gorgeous and the bar staff were all lovely. didnt have breakfast, but it all looked lovely so maybe have that option next year. location all good for where we like to go. Steps kept me fit. :-)

Nothing, everything was fantastic.

Wonderful view, very good breakfast buffet, comfy beds and pillows, quiet and relaxing environment, towels for pool provided, super friendly staff. I took the birthday package, and our room was beautifully decorated. My husband enjoyed the surprise.

Room for 3 adults was not accurately resourced. Two towels every day, only 2 cups, 2 glasses etc. even tho the room was occupied by 3 paying adults. Soda bedding was never changed all week. One of the Staff on reception not very helpful or pleasant. Very dismissive when asked a question. Others were however very accommodating. As were restaurant staff and bar staff. BBQ night was expensive for quality of food provided.

There’s a rule not to reserve sun beds but of course, everyone does. My apartment was opposite the jacuzzi and day bed area. I’d get up at 7.30 and the beds would already have towels on them and couples then wouldn’t come and lay on them until late morning. Not sure how you can police it though - more about people just being considerate and following the rules

It was up on a hill and there were a good few steps down to the main area and then a walk which in the heat was a lot. Also, depending on where your room is, there might be a few steps to get to the pool etc.

Really great place to stay, rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Staff were very nice and pool area was great, bar close to the pool as well. Nice views and close enough to a shop and restaurants.

Lifeguard was holding free beds for people that were gone longer then a half an hour And steps up to the hotel .

The pool area got very busy in the morning and despite there being a sign that said no reserving sun beds, almost half of the sun beds were reserved each morning. Despite this, we still had a sun bed on our balcony and were able to use this if we didn’t get a bed. We also decided to leave the hotel for the afternoon to do some sightseeing and come back to the pool in the late afternoon and there were always sun beds free then! There are a lot of steps up to the hotel but nothing too vigorous and you get used to them during your stay. There are also worth the view at the top!

Loved the nautical design of the hotel. Everything including the decor was spotless, modern and minimalistic. The reception, bar staff and cleaners were super nice and helpful at all times! The most relaxing holiday I’ve had with beautiful views of the Marina and Puerto Rico. The location is perfect and close to bars, shops and restaurants with a 10 minute walk into the main centre Puerto Rico. The pool area is spotless and so relaxing, with the addition of the Jacuzzi, Gym and Sauna, which was so nice to have. The pool is heated and so refreshing and having a sun bed on your balcony is a great addition too! This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in for a sun holiday and will definitely stay here again and recommend to others coming to Puerto Rico!

Only tiny downside is that breakfast is 8-11, which was a rush to eat when we had early trips. However, they do offer a take away option which you can order the day before. However, I never used it. They also don’t offer dinner and the bar closes at 6pm. Fortunately I’m not a drinker so wasn’t an issue for me. There are LOADS of bars, restaurants and pubs in walking distance so I advise you to get out of the hotel and see the area!!

Really beautiful building and views. Always clean and relaxing. The staff are really friendly. The apartment style room I had was incredible and had everything we could need.
