A wonderful hotel that has everything. Friendly staff who are always ready to help. Varied and delicious breakfast. Very good location near the beach and in the city center. Great pool. We had problems with the room and they changed it to a superior one.

The lighting in the room could have been better. Housekeeping was done daily, but I would have appreciated a bit more attention to cleanliness in the cupboards and on the shelves. Sometimes the towels were not properly washed, or they were not replaced with fresh ones.

We especially enjoyed the breakfast — plenty of choice and everything was delicious. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to everything you might need. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The rooms are a little outdated with scratch marks on the furniture the bathroom lock had been broken and not replaced. The baths are very slippery when using the shower over the bath we had to put a towel to stand on ir there could have been a nasty accident.

The hotel was very clean lovely welcome on arrival a glass of prosceco was offered to us which was a nice touch.. The staff were very professional and friendly. There was a large choice at breakfast. Location you couldn't ask for better while being at the heart of everything there was no noice in the hotel.

Spacious rooms with a balcony, the distance to the beach is 10meters. There is a lot of space in the hotel itself, nice pool, jacuzzi (even if a bit cold). Breakfast was good for 4 days, a highlight was a musician playing the piano while the guests were eating. We opted for a room with ocean view, highly recommended. The location is amazing as well, close enough to the city entertainment without having to endure the noise. A huge advantage was free designated parking area in the hotel grounds.

The hotel is luxurious, or at least was the intention when it was built. However, it seems to have been stuck in time. The furniture in the room seems old, whereas well preserved and clean, I think it's fair to say that it's a bit overpriced for what it delivers. The one true feature is being a few meters from the ocean. Breakfast (the only meal you get on this part of the complex) was great. My wife and I enjoyed the food. All in all, we had a great experience but wouldn't come back at that price point..

We’re just back from our second stay at Cleopatra Palace Hotel this year. All of the hotel staff from the reception, bar, concierge, waiters/ waitresses, housekeeping & the spa staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is spotlessly clean, has great facilities and there’s a really laid back vibe. We highly recommended the Cleopatra Palace Hotel and hope to experience a third stay very soon 😊

I agree the hotel needs some general maintenance, especially furniture in the rooms, some drawers and balcony window weren’t closing properly. But this didn’t have a major impact on our stay.

Great location only a few steps from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. The staff was amazing, very kind and cheerful. They also help with tours and excursions or extra activities. Breakfast was also great with plenty of options.

The hotel is dated, the common areas and the rooms need updating but this didn’t effect our overall stay, it was cheaper to stay at this hotel than the sister hotel and we still got the benefits of the sister hotel’s entertainment so was a win win

Very central to las americas, perfect location. Was great that the sister hotel could be used after 6pm so we could also enjoy their modern pool and great evening entertainment. All we did during our weeks stay was chill by the pool and enjoy the nearby restaurants and bars

The rooms need updating. One of our drawers was broken and the glass door onto the balcony could not be locked. We checked with another couple and their door could be locked so ours was definitely broken. However the hotel management are aware of this and according to their replies to other comments on booking.com the rooms are due to be renovated shortly 🤞

The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. So much choice. The pool area was lovely. No one was getting up at 7am hogging sun loungers. The pool area was kept clean. You can get food and drinks served directly to your sun lounger. The staff however were by far the best part. Everyone of them so kind and helpful. No request was too much. We loved our stay ❤️

Evening Entertainment is a little dated now . The price of wine and spirits is a bit expensive while the beer is very good price Some of the hot breakfast was not even very warm . Rooms are in need of renovating .

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Tv channels not great for English viewers and tv kept freezing. We asked for a pint glass from the bar one evening to have a drink in our room and the barman said he could only give us one pint glass and a plastic glass which was bizarre. Long type pillows were uncomfortable.

Ideal location right next to the beach. Room was good with balcony view to the pool. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful with plenty of variety. Porridge was the best I've ever tasted. Pool was adequate size with plenty of beds around the pool area. Cleaning staff were lovely and cleaned the room everyday and supplied clean towels everyday.
