Very outdated interior. Dogs were allowed to stay at the hotel, but not allowed in any public spaces. We struggled to have food, because couldn’t leave the dog.

The hotel’s location is outstanding and the gardens are exceptional, but unfortunately inside the hotel is very outdated. The staff were very helpful and kind in the restaurant and bar.

Beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. The restaurant personnel kind of pushed us to eat as quick as possible, and the dinner wasn’t too great.

We were with kids, dinner started at 20:30, to lunch we had to content with a pool menu or buffet at the next hotel, problem nowhere to have a snack between 7-8:30. Also if you are tall, their beds don’t cut it, definitely need bigger beds

The overpriced balneary services, if you are a guest of the hotel the logical thing is you have some kind of preference or discount. But you don't. Not even the spa was included during our stay. The exterior pools were already closed at the beginning of September. Very basic breakfast and nothing natural (juice, tomato, etc). Noises everywhere, it seemed walls are made of paper. Overpriced bar services.

The location and friendly staff. They kindly offered us a place to keep our bicycles for a few days, even we were not hotel guests at that time.

No Wi-fi in the rooms was a real pain - it worked fine in the bar and restaurant but not the bedrooms.

Beautiful location and incredible grounds, offering 3 pools and a number of walking routes. Short journeys to pretty villages, and car parks for hiking in the glorious Parc Nacional d’Aigüestortes. We booked a suite which was great - a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff very helpful. I've never stayed anywhere before where so many guests walk around in bathrobes, but I assume this was to make the most of the spa facilities on site!

Nothing good to say really. As our regular hotel, which is next to Manantial, was closed for the reconstruction this season, we booked Manantial, suit room for a week. The room itself is ok, but the hotel is a complete disaster. It seems, nobody wants to invest and develop this place , just using its amazing location as the only benefit to welcome tourists, which is totally unfair, especially for the price they charge. That smell in the corridors of the hotel follows you everywhere, it’s a mix of cheap canteen food and chlorine from the 80’s… The outdoors pool bar was closed, they say to be opened in temporada de verano… we were there first week of Jul, so it seems they consider ‘temporada de verano’ to be in august only?! 1month to serve clients? So it’s an issue to find a decent meal there. Breakfast, included into the price, is rather inedible. I think , we were also unlucky to get to the hotel in some weird time, as it was full of people 80years old plus only , who were wearing bath robes inside and outside the hotel 24/7 which was not nice and not stimulating to try and visit hotel’s thermas

Nothing! It was perfect.

Room was new, big and very clean and the showers were a plus, very nice and relaxing. Location is very convenient if you're exploring the park, plus the vew from the windows are beautiful and the surrounding area too. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious.
