Ambience, location, would recommend

The air conditioning in the guesthouse is centralised, so we could not adjust it in our room. It was a warm night & the mattress protector under the sheet was non-breathable making it uncomfortable. A cotton undersheet that is a better fit for the mattress would also help with this. The cold water tap in the bathroom had warm to hot water coming out of it, so no cold water to drink or cool off in. We reported this to the owner whom I expect resolved this issue.

We were greeted efficiently by the owner who also directed us to the secure underground parking & showed us our room (via a lift). The guesthouse is large with a lovely swimming pool and a separate breakfast room. The area is peaceful & quiet being outside of the old town of Peniscola, but only a short drive away (a car or taxi is needed). Our room was attractive & very spacious with a balcony & a wash line where we could hang wet swim gear. The continental breakfast service, included in our rate, was good with a plate of selected meats & cheese, bread & excellent croissants at an allocated table per room. Good fruit was also available.

Double bed is queen size. AC can't be edited it's fixed on 20. Shower is kind of spa, and can't be regulated or we haven't figured out how.

Neat, clean, well organized. Have good garage, and elevator. Nice breakfast experiance and two elders serving it like you came to grandparents visit, warm and welcoming...

The fitted sheet on the bed didn't! It was too small for the bed so that any movement meant it came loose and uncomfortable.

Close to motorways with excellent undercover parking. Good breakfast. Swimming pool which we didn't use.

The staff were absolutely lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Our room was immaculate, our car parked safely in the underground garage and the breakfast was excellent!

The tap water was a bit too hot, had to wait a bit for it to get colder (usually the opposite happens ahah).

Beautiful house, comfortable big room, we even had shower+bath tub in our bathroom! Comfortable garage parking, nice little breakfast. We were sad to have spent only 1 night and not have gone in the swimming pool.

The location close to the centre of Peñiscola. You can park your car safely behind the gates which can be handy when you are en route. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast is good. We have used this B&B several times now and can recommend this place as a stopover on your way to the north (or south).

A quiet neighbourhood on outskirts of the town in lovely grounds. Only stayed the one night but were impressed by the spacious room, secure basement parking and the warm welcome from the lovely owners. Great breakfast provided! Would most definitely stay here another time.

Nothing. It was all just perfect.

It was only an overnight stay but it was exceptional. The welcome from the hosts. The facilities. The location. The garden. The breakfast. It was all absolutely first class and we highly recommend it and would go back on a heartbeat.

Breakfast was just average for a B&B. There was nothing hot, or fresh fruit, very limited choices. We requested a double bed but just got 2 singles pushed together.

The room was exceptional especially the bathroom. Room is large and comfortable with a nice balcony. Parking is inside and relatively easy to park. The grounds are well attended and it was very safe.

This lovely property was sparkling clean and we were made very welcome. The underground garage was a bonus, especially as it rained heavily that night and my convertible car was kept lovely and dry. We had a spacious terrace and there is a swimming pool.

Small family run Bed and Breakfast excellent facilities for a B&B and room bigger than most hotel rooms in Spain. 5 minutes to Peniscola by car. Would definitely return if coming to Peniscola again.

Nothing to dislike.

This B&B is located on the outskirts of Peniscola but is easy to find. The hosts are really helpful. There is secure parking and the rooms are really spacious. There is also an exceptionally large bathroom. Breakfast is beautifully prepared and served with fresh coffee.
