Paper cups in bedroom for tea and coffee. On occasions no tables ready for breakfast. Likely due to busy time and maybe short staffed. No entertainment at all. Reception staff not overly welcoming but did their job.

One issue I found with the room was the king bed setup. Instead of a true king-size mattress, it was actually two separate beds pushed together. This created an uncomfortable gap in the middle, which was quite bothersome for a good night's sleep. Another concern was the safe in the room. It seemed outdated, likely around 30 years old, and required an actual physical key that you need to request from reception. This process felt awkward and somewhat insecure, as it involved notifying the staff that you'd be using the safe, which seemed counterintuitive for something intended to keep your valuables private.

Our stay on the first floor was truly delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to move around and relax. The balcony was a generous size, providing a lovely view of the swimming pool. The bathroom setup was particularly convenient, with the toilet and sink separated, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. There was ample space in the wardrobes for all our belongings. One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic location—just a short four-minute walk to the beach. This proximity to the shore is definitely a major selling point. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering an impressive variety of choices to suit every palate. From made-to-order eggs cooked exactly the way you like them, to a selection of fresh pastries that were still warm from the oven, the options seemed endless. There were also plenty of fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, and even a selection of cheeses and cold cuts. Whether you prefer a light, healthy start to your day or a hearty breakfast to fuel your adventures, there's something for everyone. We also decided to try the open buffet for lunch one day, and it was equally delightful. The buffet featured a wide range of dishes, including several gluten-free options, which was a pleasant surprise for those with dietary restrictions. The quality and variety of the food were impressive, with everything from savory dishes to fresh salads and desserts that catered to every taste. The staff was attentive, ensuring that the buffet was well-stocked and that we had everything we needed for a satisfying meal. an OK size pool.

The beds were too hard, and maybe some new, soft pillows would be great. In the night, the dors were very disturbing because they were smashed all the time to get them closed when you went out. And you can very clear hear your neighbors. Maybe a better isolation would be nice.

The location is very good, very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and far enough from crowded and noise places. Is very easy to get there with the bus. The food was very nice. We had breakfast and dinner and it was very tasty and there were lots of choices. Diner was never repeated. Every day, something new and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, but you still can put a not disturb sign, and they will leave you alone. The room was big enough for 2 people and it had everything you needed. The hotel is also very close to the airport, you can take the bus and it's 10 euro for 2, or taxi. We paid 25 euros to get to the airport from the hotel.

Non-availability of snacks such as bar meals. Daily replenishment of coffee sachets and cups in the room is needed. Would have preferred proper cups in the room. Decking by bar is hot because it is dark.

We had problems with shower not sealed, resulting in floor outside of the shower being flooded. Incident reported 3 times and spoke with genral manager, dissapointed with attitude

The bed wasnt the most comfortable

Amazing location, short walk from a beautiful part of the palma beach. It was very clean. Genuinely nice & helpful staff. Steven the night receptionist, who was exceptionally kind. We came to the hotel very late, he checked us in & was great help, plus he saved us some food from dinner which was super nice unexpected gesture. Buffets were the best bit. Go for half-board when making the booking. Breakfast buffet was amazing but dinners blew me away plenty delicious food and they changed it daily so it never became boring

Neither beer, nor wine, even soft drinks wasn't free at dinner. I'd say at least one glass of alcohol and free soft drinks would be reasonable. As for the rooms - beds were too soft, a lot.

Beds and matrices were too soft for me to have comfortable sleep but if you like soft matrix, then it’s fine, beach is 5 mins walk from Hotel

excellent Breakfast and dinner buffet with so much variety of food and live cooking of some dishes. they also include local specialities . we have issue with washroom on first time, so the person in charge (Alberto) at reception helped us a lot to find better room. Alberto is extremely nice person and great Asset to this Hotel. he must be rewarded by management for his services.
