The perfect spot to get everywhere on foot. 15 minutes walk to Museo del Prado and 15 minutes to Palacio Real. Maude was awesome and very helpful. The room was clean and the balcony had a view to Puerta del Sol Overall very good 👍🏻

was quite loud at the eveing, whcih is normal for that central hotel. The bathroom is like part of the bedroom and there is no privacy, even if you are with a friend or partner, the privacy is missing..

The bathroom with glass wall. The curtain covering it was transparent and only covered part of it. If you want bathroom privacy, absolutely avoid this room

There was limited area for one to do some work. There is a desk in the room that is good for one person. There is also sitting area that was very comfortable but not designed for working. The good thing about this is you can pause from work and focus on vacay.

Check-in was pretty fast. Check-out was even quicker. You can leave your luggages until 12midnight after check-out. You get to assign your own pin code to access the premises and your room. This is cool! Wifi was storng and stable at any part of the hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Very comfortable bed and good pillows. Great airconditioning, considering it was very hot in Madrid during our stay. Room was small but the bathroom was very spacious for two people. The room is a perfect rest and recharge stop, if your plan is to explore Madrid the whole day and get some good sleep at night. The place was right at the heart of Puerta del Sol but you can't hear the noise from outside. The Metro and Cercanias are nearby. There are on-going tracks construction work. So check which lines are affected when you travel.

I was only there for the weekend, so I didn’t get to enjoy the area as much as I would have liked. Other than that, there wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the stay.

I really appreciated how accommodating and friendly the hostess was, especially after I made an error with my booking. The location was excellent, just a short walk to many major landmarks, restaurants, and the metro. The hotel itself was modern and very clean. My room was spacious, had a balcony, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Even though I was only there for the weekend, it was a great stay overall.

For Next Time: The only thing we’ll need for our next stay is a pair of luggage racks — just to make unpacking and organizing a bit easier.

1. Unbeatable Location: Right in Puerta del Sol, with immediate access to Gran Vía, the metro, and major tourist attractions. Perfect for exploring the city center on foot or by public transportation. 2. Comfort and Cleanliness: Modern, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. The atmosphere was cozy and well soundproofed, despite being in a busy area. 3. Staff Attention: One of the most memorable aspects. We truly felt pampered by the hotel staff, who were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Additionally, because we stayed for an extended period, they offered us an exceptional room, which made a big difference in the experience. 4. Technology and Peacefulness: The digital access system (via code or phone) was convenient and secure. Despite the central location, the room was peaceful and quiet.

As an improvement, the hotel should take more attention to soundproof the room's lobby. It can get quite noisy at night when other guests are passing by your door.

Staff is great, keep you informed and willing to help! Location is excellent if you are looking to be in the city center, everything is at walking distance and Sol Metro station is right in front of the hotel. Rooms are kept very clean and tidy.
