Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool area was clean also however sunbeds are uncomfortable. Staff were friendly. Good location.

South AfricaThe staff weren’t rude, just not particularly friendly. One of the big issues was cleanliness (there was hair on the bedsheets and in the basin and a lot of dust under the bed and next to the safe). At breakfast you could see the cups and the knives and forks weren’t cleaned properly (one spoon had yoghurt on it). My biggest issue was the noise. Non stop noise. I can accept the noise of cars outside but the guests in the surrounding rooms would party until the early hours of the morning (I’m talking 6 people in the room next door partying until 06:30 on two of the nights), making it impossible to get any sleep. You can also hear when people come home at 3,4, 5 in the morning because they are laughing and making noise. If you’re there to party, it’s a great place to stay. If you’re not there for that, this is not the place you should be staying
I have mixed feelings about this place. There were some good things. The breakfast spread was amazing. The room also had a balcony to sit on and was very close to the beach.

Italyattention to guest request, i only request 1 pillow more but never got one. the sliding door in the bathroom is not good there are spaces on both sides no window in the bathroom.
the room we got was spacious and with a balcony which is nice. Breakfast was really good there is a chef who cooks egg and pancakes. fruits and sweets are also available. swimming pool are also clean. Location near the beach but far from Palma if you dont have a car. overall for the price it was good. there are many shops and restaurant nearby.

United KingdomNot one Sun umbrella around the swimming pool, hence no shade. No one advised us that there was a lift in the other building that you could use to go to the pool without having to use all the stairs. It took a whole day to get a fridge put in our room which we had to pay €50 for. I asked for an extra fan as our air-conditioning wasn’t cold enough in the beginning they didn’t have one. The restaurant was not my cup of tea. It was far too busy at times and not enough tables. Sometimes there wasn’t enough choice of meat dishes. In my opinion. The fruit juice is in the morning were seriously watered down. I couldn’t even eat the pasta as it had some kind of oil on it. The deserts were always the same cakes just with a different cream or piece of fruit on top. I don’t think we would return to this hotel. lots of young people in this hotel, which were quite loud at times.

MexicoI just think the personal at the front desk needs to improve a little on the service attitude. The neighborhood also was located in a heavy crowded place where every business, bar and restaurant is dedicated to tourists of the Netherlands.

ItalyUnbelievable queues for coffee, come on there are hundreds of people having breakfast in only 2 hours, put more coffee machines. Quality of products leaves much to be desired. The shower cabin is not installed well, when you take shower water covers all the bathroom floor.

United KingdomCleaning was not thorough even when we requested someone to come in to clean-- toilet paper and soaps were not restocked and we ran out half way through our trip. The bathroom door does not completely cover the opening which made it difficult to feel comfortable.
