Nothing to dislike, everything was tops 😊 👍🏼

This fabulous Airbnb is exceptional! Squeaky clean 🧼, very comfortable beds, good sized rooms, great hot showers ( 2 bathrooms), external heavy roller blinds to completely darken your room for a good night sleep, modern furniture, a surprisingly quiet neighbourhood, a small fridge in the room, air con, a very well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, Lungo coffee machine, Kettle, stove etc. & a lovely roof terrace, secure locks 🔐 on each room. My room on the first floor had a cute little balcony too. Several bus stops just a minute away gets you into town and back day & night. You can also rent a bicycle 🚲 directly from the Airbnb !! Lidl & other supermarkets, shops, restaurants, little eateries are just around the corner! I liked that the host put up a note at the entrance door, stating to be quiet & respectful towards other guests 🙏 Geovanna is super friendly, very nice, ever so helpful and responds within minutes to any questions one might have. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay of 8 days, and will be back for sure.. 🌸 ☺️

Quite a challenge if you have a lot of luggage, as you'll have to carry them up a flight of narrow stairs.

Location was ideal for our purpose. Beautiful old apartment which was recently renovated. It was such a joy to be welcomed by the host and her mother!

The only downside was the location especially in 35*C heat 🥵 I knew it before booking but used uber half the time to save the legs …. It’s a 25 min walk minimum to anywhere of interest …

Geovana & her mother work tirelessly to keep the guesthouse exceptionally clean, super friendly as well. The bed was comfortable, straightforward check-in, Lidl & other supermarkets are minutes away, peaceful sleep with air con 😴 rooftop terrace was a great addition 👍🏻

My favorite part about this accommodation was Geovanna and her mother :) They were cleaning every day and always took the time to chat with us a little—so kind, warm, and genuinely caring. You can really tell they put their heart into making sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. We had a small issue with the AC, and Geovanna responded immediately to help us fix it. We also asked for an iron, and they provided it right away. Everything we needed, they took care of quickly and with a smile. A big plus: Geovanna speaks English very well, which really helped us during our stay, especially since that’s not always the case when traveling in Spain. Highly recommend—thank you for everything! ❤️

It is a little bit far to the main areas but very well-connected by bus and metro with supermarkets nearby. It is within a relatively short walk to the historic center, me and my boyfriend would reach it in around 20 minutes.

The place was very nice, the bathroom and kitchen felt new, the balcony was very sweet and the room was super comfortable with an amazing bed and very cute overall. The host was also super nice and received us super well.

It as single glass windows so you can easily hear when there is noise. The good thing is that there is almost no traffic close by. Also the rooms door is very simple allowing to hear if somebody is entering the building or moving around. I did not affect our sleep ( we sleept really well and enjoyed our stay).

Place was clean and spacious. Also is was easy to walk to the metro and bus stations. It was cold in Valencia so the AC made it confortable and warm. The bed was very comfortable and we sleep extremely well.

Everything was excellent.

This property is fantastic, everything is well-maintained, and it's fully equipped with all the essentials. Plus, there are two bathrooms, so you won't have to worry about waiting for your turn. The room itself is really nice, and it even has a cute little balcony—definitely a bonus! Overall, it's a great accomodation.

The area is not too close to the main tourist areas, which in some ways is good however it was about a half an hour walk to the centre.

I had an amazing stay here. The bed was so comfortable, I had brilliant sleep and I felt very safe travelling alone here. The facilities were amazing and so clean. I was able to cook and enjoy the terrace. Geovanna was amazing and so helpful. It was over far too quick and I can’t wait to return.

The walls are pretty thin so I would recommend bringing ear plugs for sleeping.

The owner Irlanda is super nice. She even picked me up from the airport which was great since I didn't know my way around and it was late. She also always replied very fast and was super helpful with any questions. You can also rent a bike from her to get around. It takes about 30 Minutes by foot to get to the center. The neighborhood seemed very safe and the way to the city as well.

Irlanda is an excellent host, very friendly and communicative. The place is clean, well maintained and has everything we need. Plus it's just a bus ride away from downtown. Can totally recommend.

For what we paid I would expect more comfort but I guess prices were up due to the marathon

It was easy to do the check-in as Irlanda explained us well how to enter our room...the room had a Chromecast!

Nothing was bad. I recommend this place highly who want to visit Valencia. Everything is perfectly clean. The kitchen is fully equiped, the bathroom is fully equiped. Strong 200mb/ sec WiFI is this house.

Irlanda the owner and manager is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. Everything is perfect for short and long stays. You can cook in the kitchen, make tea and free shower stuff.

Cute place, newly renovated building and spotlessly clean. Great location. The city center is within walking distance. And if you feel like taking a long(er) walk, you can reach the beach via the Turia park (recommended). If you are in a lazy mood, there are different buses / trams nearby. Good restaurants / bars / bakeries in the neighbourhood, with an attractive value for money. Amazing staff. From the cleaning lady to the lovely owner, they are really willing to help. Their kindness will make your day, no matter what. In conclusion, definitely recommended. If I return to Valencia, I will book here again.

Everything was good

The place is everything or more you can expect. The staff is lovely, the rooftop is really nice, it's a new and clean building. Easy to get any bus for everywhere. I would suggest this place to everyone!!
