The air conditioning cools one room better than the other rooms. We stayed when it was very hot in Granada, so the less efficient air conditioning in some rooms made them less comfortable.

Clean and comfortable rooms. We arrived after the reception was closed, but the communication with the staff was good and we were happy with the information received. Thanks.

Only one aircon for the whole apartment and it is in the living room/kitchen. The two bedrooms are rather warm in 35 deg C weather. Nothing at the balcony to hang the washed clothes. Balcony is "bare", no chair/no table, so not really a functioning balcony (no view).

The location is walkable to the old town area and the cathedral. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of cooking utensils/pot/pan, but clean and nice. Washing machine tablet was provided, no dishwasher, no salt/pepper, but packages of instant coffee/milk/sugar. We were allowed to check-in an hour earlier since the apartment was prepared. Wifi was the strongest downstair, but ok in our apartment. There is an elevator in the apartment. Parking was 19 euros at a nearby indoor parking garage affiliate with the hotel. The parking space was generous in the "European way", but to get out from the parking garage, we found the space to turn to the exit to be very tight. (We had a Dacia Joggeer).

There is only one airconditioner which made the bedroom almost unusable since the air conditioner was in the living room. I suggest placing a fan there.

The property was modern and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and good bedding.

Everything was perfect, starting from the location that is very central so it makes easy to visit all the sites by foot. The apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. They have a private parking for €19 per night.

There was nothing I did not like

The room was very big, clean and had everything you could want for both cooking and cleaning. Really great place to stay for some nights while enjoying Granada. A really appreciated plus was finding rituals products as amenities in the bathroom.

No staff were on duty, so actually getting into the building was difficult, temporary parking while attemting to gain access was hazardous and as it's apartments there is of course no service in terms of bars or breakfast, but the room was comfortable and clean

Lack of facility to dry washing.

Comfortable clean apartment close to city attractions, all very walkable. Close to the train station but a taxi ride to the bus station. A washing machine was welcome, but no dryer or drying racks to dry the washing.

The A.C was only in the living room, and the two bedrooms did not have an A.C, which is not convenient at all for 40 degrees Granada tempratures.

The flat was clean, well equipped and the location was amazing!

The place is brand new. It feels like a 4 star hotels but at a much better value. It was very central; therefore very convenient to walk around and get back for a rest and getting out again. Loved it!

You need a code to get into the building and apartment. Luckily for us we arrived during reception hours so everything was smooth. Apartment was comfortable and had the amenities needed for a short stay. Good location, short walk from the cathedral

There was an electric hob for cooking but no pans? A little bit could be done with the patio area maybe a couple of chairs to sit outside.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Coffee machine in the hallway free of charge. In a good area just a short walk to the main street. A great breakfast at the Eco cafe just across the road.

WiFi was not very good. They sent us an email to check in at another location. When we got there, they told us to just go check in at our place. They don’t really have parking. You are told to go to the alley and unload. Then they will give you a reserved spot at some parking location and charge 19E per day. Entrance was a bit challenging to find.

Front desk staff was nice. Room was spacious and clean. Nice to have a washer, but a drying rack would be helpful. Bed was comfortable. Location was near a parking garage that we elected to use (unrelated to hotel). Walking distance (30 min) to the Alhambra.
