This place has that Genius Loci which is hard to describe. Look at the pictures and perhaps stop by when you will have a chance. Ideally arrive at sunset when lights go on, you go out of the car, look into the patio through the door gate and entire family says - wow. And you will continue with few wows as you explore all garden corners or swimming pool to cool down in salty water. You will meet an incredible owner who is transforming his vision into reality by his hands in last 20 plus years. Definitely try dinner from home / local food sources, the wine and artisan organic bread they are baking there. We will definitely return one day ...and for longer.

Beautiful country house, pedro and his family were very attentive and the homemade organic food delicious.

Possibly a lounge area, not really an issue during our stay, weather was great and we relaxed in the garden.

The small village is full of character, we enjoyed being there. There are no shops or other amenities nearby. The hosts were a pleasure to talk to. Pedro has good English but encouraged me to use my Spanish sometimes. The property itself is delightful. Breakfast is very good. Evening meals were a good price and varied.

Indeed good fresh food. But you have no idea what to get. I think it has to do with the fact that we automatically got the Menu del Dia.

Wonderful! We only stayed the one night but this place is exemptional - we enjoyed the whole experience - Los Jerónimos has a lovely atmosphere - from the pretty terrace and gardens to the rustic décor inside. The room was very comfortable and clean. The evening meal - which is a set menu - was the best of our holiday and we also enjoyed the breakfast with the homemade bread. We would not hesitate to return.

The room was warm enough in the evening, but in the morning not anymore.

We spent one night in that lovely Spanish posada. The village of Tuda is very tiny, it has only twenty inhabitants. Everything was super: the hospitality, tasty dinner, silence, warmth of the fireplace, atmosphere. We loved the whole package.

The only thing I am finding in Spain, is that a lot of places have hard beds, so if like me (2 hip replacements and a back having undergone major surgery) take memory foam with you, or a clever camping roller mat 😉 to avoid an uncomfortable night. That is only my personal experience as I know many people prefer firm beds

The hosts were superb, we said no to dinner, but found Zamora was basically closed on Monday, so last minute asked if we could have dinner and were served with a delicious home cooked meal and some tasty organic wine. The courtyard is so picturesque and inspired my historian husband to write. Our dog Jack made an excellent friend of Rufus the family dog. Breakfast was super, and the rural setting was just what we needed.

The garden, surrounding property, incredible food, lovely hosts! Los Jerominos is a beautiful family run traditional BnB. It felt like being transported back in time when hosts genuinely cared about providing a welcoming and homely experience for guests.

Wonderful conversion in a tiny hamlet in the middle of the countryside. Friendly owner, fabulous local and home grown food. Lovely in good weather with little seating courtyards everywhere. My room had a wood burning heater (it was cold and wet out).

There were a lot of pets in the internal courtyard, we counted 5 dogs and 7 cats all left you alone. However it could be something of a minefield not standing in a deposit.

Off beaten track. Comfortable, pool and beautiful sitting areas with flowers everywhere. Food was delicious.
