Faultless

You can unload your car outside hotel but you need to park in public parking

Wonderfull location was out of this world staff were helpfull cheerfull, and waited even though we were late

Parking a bit ofa walk

The place, the room not very spacious but comfortable.

We didn't get all the needed information about the parking at the beginning, only after a while.

Small hotel, great location, very close to the medieval castle. Friendly staff, very clean & comfortable.

Bathroom rather dated. Ainsa is becoming a parody of a mediaeval town.

I liked the hotel a lot, the room was very large and comfortable. I can't give it 10 because there was no restaurant or bar service at all. Indeed reception was not fully maned. That did not matter as there were easy eating facilities nearby even next door. And the whole place was a treat to see. A historic stop over.

The old town of Ainsa is so lovely that this is our second visit. It was very busy but hotel was nice and the staff lovely. The view out of the rear facing rooms across the valley to the Odessa Nation Park WOW

Bit of trouble with the bathroom light

The receptionist, Lisbeth, made us feel welcome immediately. She helped us with our luggage and showed us the room. Because the hotel has no elevator, l had requested a room on the lowest level available. Lisbeth made sure that we had such a room. It was a very large room with a king-size bed and an amazing view towards the mountains. The bathroom was large, with a jacuzzi and big soft towels. Very well lit. The A/C was silent and the room was very quiet, which we really appreciate. I would love to return to this hotel and repeat such a wonderful experience!

The shower was small and dangerously slippery.

Blue tile in bathroom. Large room number 5 or 4. Choose view of river if u can. Other is view of the square Ask for water of u like is not in hand Hot water pot in room.

Comfortable and spacious room in a lovely stone built hotel right on Ainsa town square with its cobblestone streets and abundant restaurants.

I loved everything about it. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was big. It was perfectly located in the old town plaza. There were restaurants all around the place. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. I would love to go back there again.

No breakfast this time but we used the cafe next door and that was very nice too. This is the second time we have used this hotel and the superior room and spar bathroom we loved it and will again

Nothing very pleased with the Arcos Hotel

Great location.

We loved everything - this was our favourite hotel of the 7 we stayed in during our 16 day holiday in Spain and France. The room was very spacious and comfortable, as was the bed. A really good sized bathroom too - a special mention for the towels which were excellent quality. Loved the little balcony. A good breakfast too. All in all, it was fabulous - really hope we get to return.

Nothing. Honestly - nothing. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to have a couple more leaflets in the hotel lobby about local attractions, but the tourist office is so close I understand why they might not want to do that.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room had an amazing view and the location is great too!

There wasn't a continental breakfast available so we ate somewhere else, but it was known to us upfront

Fabulous location overlooking the square. Delicious breakfast. Room lovely and spacious and quiet. Very friendly staff.

The bed was very hard, but that’s just a personal thing.
