This is a fabulous family hotel which is much friendlier than large chain hotels.It is in a great location for travelling to Malaga ,Fuengirola,Mijas and lots of other places .The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff always sweeping or polishing.The happy hour is great value and lovely way to meet other guests.Breakfast is plentiful and snacks available throughout the day.Special mention to Susanna who always looks after us since we were stranded during lockdown .All staff including Rachel,Sergio ,Alexandra and Fabio are amazing and you feel very much at home .Have stayed several times and each stay gets better and better.

We arrived and were upgraded to an apartment as our room had a fault. The apartment that we we given was amazing. The receptionist was brilliant The next day, I went to the hotel receptionist to do we need to move rooms. I was advised yes, but at 12 noon. Before that time, the lady receptionist knocked and said that we could stay in the luxury appt or swap. We bit her hand off and stayed. The apartment was gorgeous. The only feedback that I have is that the air con didn't work. We asked the work men came and my husband asked how to work it. He was shown, but it still didn't work. It would have been nice for somewhere to sit out when we got back to the apartment. We knew that the bar area was available. However, our own time is precious. Overall, we loved it and will rebook direct!

Loved everything. Booked last minute as we had to leave previous accommodation early. The hotel has a nice pool, beautiful interior design, and amazing staff. You could feel they really care for the guests. Enjoyed the lovely breakfast, liked the safe parking in a garage across the street (€12). 5 minute walk to Torremolinos beach front with surprising amount of shopping and eating places. The room was spacious with a nice modern bathroom. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travellers.

Breakfast a little bit chaotic and needs a better organisation (and to start earlier!), maybe they were not prepared for so many guests. Because of this final grade is 9/10.

Nice and comfy hotel, a little bit old-fashioned. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Location is very close to the beach, but at least 20 minutes walk to the town center so it depends what are your priorities during the stay.

Originally I was given room 8 (on the ground floor opposite some loud AC). It was an atrocious room, extremely small and unpleasant. I was ready to leave the hotel (even with no refunds). But I asked them nicely for a better room and they they gave me a room on the 2nd floor (facing away from the see, so it was quiet, as the front of the hotel has a busy road). And I really loved it.

The staff is excellent. The rooms and smallish, but cosy. The small pool in front of the hotel is very pleasant for chill, if you don't want to go to the beach.

The faucet of the bathroom shower could have cleaned up a bit better. The shower head holder on the wall was broken so it could be fixed. These are minor issues so it didn’t affect the comfort of the stay much.

We travelled with 2 kids. Stuff were so friendly and they welcomed us with true hospitality. The room has a big terrace faced to the swimming pool. The hotel is nice located and within 5 walk, you can get to the beach and to the store (Aldi). It was such a nice stay and our kids didn’t want to leave the hotel. The breakfast was so nice and it got more than everything we wanted.

We’ve been here 3 times now and only been able to check in at the 2pm stated time once. After a really long day travelling I expect to be able to check in at 2pm. After all this is the time stated. 3pm isn’t really acceptable. They should update their website if they cannot offer this.

I liked it all. If I was to find a small thing it would be that the hairdryer in bathroom kept stopping but staff gave me one to use so problem was solved immediately for me.

Staff are very friendly and our room 117 first floor pool view was lovely. Very handy for bus to Málaga benaldena ect.. Any problems are sorted with speed, very professional in reception and barstaff are fun and happy people. Bed so comfy, lots of sockets for charging, safe for valuables, nice pool. Small hotel that we will be delighted to return to.

Thishotel has to be one of the best stays on Torremolinos, the reception staff can not do enough for you, are warm and friendly all the time, especially Rachel who always has a smile and stops to enquire how your stay is, the cleanliness is exceptional, the location of the hotel is also very convenient, within walking distance to all amenities, this hotel is now my go to place when I visit the area

Amazing customer service, the staff is the Hotel’s main magnet. Very helpful, respectful, engaging, kind, hospitable and professional. Shout out to Natalia, Raquel, Darios, Paul, Susana and the pool/bar/cleaning staff. We love them all. I arrived very late on the first day and was allocated room 7 It really shouldn’t be classed as a room as it doesn’t fit with the quality of the rest of the hotel. It’s very dark, the only window looks on to an internal wall. They moved me the next morning so all was good. Having this room could make or break your holiday. They would be better turning it into storage room.

Everything was fabulous. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was firm but comfortable. The pool area was great and never crowded. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Proper sausages too.! All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Bus stops outside the hotel for Malaga and Fuengirola. Aldi next door to the hotel snacks. Lots of lovely restaurants of all food styles with easy walking distance. Lots to do in the area, would recommend the Caminito del Rey and the Teleférico cable car up Mt Calamorro.

The floors were not mopped properly, it was dusty . We had to mop it ourselves with toilet tissues.

Natalia the receptionist was exceptionally helpful to us. She went over and above in providing us a superb check-in experience and gave us the option to take an apartment across the road which was very big and comfortable.

The plumbing is a bit noisy and the walls of the accommodation thin but the ambience of the hotel more than made up for it.

The staff work were wonderful from the reception staff to Alexandra in charge of the bar. It is a little gem of a hotel with the outdoor pool, bar and large bar patio at the front well occupied.
