Room, location, and continental breakfast are all good. No complaints on these fronts. Discounted parking in car park, provided by the hotel is only short walk away and was reasonable. Make sure you get the underground car park address, as advised by the hotel, and park up first. Otherwise, you will go around the houses finding the place. It's only 2 minutes from the hotel. Keep the carpark entry ticket and the discount ticket provided by the hotel as you need both to exit the carpark.

Very good breakfast, room a bit small but city centre site very good although difficult to get to on arrival but once know way around it’s fine. Good parking across the road left car there for full four days and charge not out of the way.

Excellent location in city centre a few minutes walk from old town plus Gascona restaurant area. Large bedroom with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and electric sockets. Room was quiet despite busy street outside. Bathroom was excellent with shower, bath and bidet. Breakfast for additional 6 euros per person had reasonable choice of cereal, cake, bread, cheese, ham etc. Staff very pleasant. The hotel offers a discounted parking fee of 11.5 euros per 24 hours in a nearby car park. However, negotiating the one way systems and pedestrianised streets by car proved very difficult so was unable to locate it. Ended up parking in a car park further away (Jovellanes near Gascona) which was much easier to drive to. 15 euros per 24 hours. Still only a few minutes walk to the hotel from there without much luggage

United KingdomThere is a glass wall separating the toilets from the room with a sensor to activate the light so if you go to the toilet in the middle of the night you’re room is exposed. The shower is above the hot tub so when using makes the floor in the bath area very wet
Room had hot tub in it. We didn’t really want this but booked late and limited choice available so why not. Hot tub was interesting but unless you really like these not very interesting. Very big room and good table. Beds very firm so if you want softer beds might find uncomfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Good location.
