I wish I lived here when i was a student! This place is a student accommodation during the year but apartment hotel during the summer. Pricier than other student accommodations that also offer summer stays, but the rooms are twice the size. Metro that goes to the airport leaves from across the street. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. 15 min walk to the beach - or 2 stops on the tram. Keep observing the price - it changed by up to 30 percent from one week to another when i stayed there.

When I arrived late, the only available staff was security. But they were extremely kind and helpful.

The shower in a room could be cleaned better

The location is great: very close to the sea (what was very important to me), close to City of Arts and Sciences and all kinds of grocery stores, cafes. Very comfortable and rather clean rooms. And friendly people work there :)

The A/C temperature was not cool enough for me, I think they might have it timed or something because I felt that the room was heating up a bit through the night. I kept waking up to lower the temperature.

Location is perfectly in between the beach and the city, walking distance both ways. Loved the pool, the gym and having a small kitchen area to put together some meals. Transportation is closed by and plenty of good restaurants near by as well.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready by the official check-in time of 2 PM, and I had to wait an additional two hours. The window faced a construction site and was dirty on the outside, which affected the view. Every morning I was woken up by the noise of tools and machinery from the site. Although the room had dishes, there were no cleaning supplies provided to wash them. Also, the shower lacked a curtain, so the bathroom floor would get soaked every time I used it.

The location was great — just a short walk to the sea and very close to public transport stops, which made getting around easy. I also appreciated having a kitchenette in the room, so I could prepare my own meals.

The bathroom facilities could improve, you dont have a spot nearby the sink to leave your toothbruth and whatevs - the cleaning is quite general and they changed sheets/towels in the 5th night (they specify it's on the 4 night in a row) Didn't had hangers either. You had to wait sometimes for the elevator, understandable for high season.

The location is great! You're walking distance from the beach and have a lot of buses on the main avenue just half a block away. The rooms are comfy and the swimming pool area is great. Nice if you want to want to have privacy but socialize too if you're feeling up to it. There was a wide variety of ages, from people in their 20's to older couples just hanging around.

The soundproofing between studios is not sufficient. You can hear your neighbors (especially if they are noisy), as well as sounds from the corridor or the elevator. This largely depends on the specific studio and the neighbors you have.

Spending several weeks at Livensa Living Studios Valencia Marina Real Hotel-Apartamento was an incredibly lucky choice! I left with a bit of sadness and immense gratitude for the wonderful time I had there!

Not many kitchen utensils provided or available. I had issues with the bedding (it wasn’t clean and after complaining it wasn’t solve instead I was given the same dirty mattress cover (full of hairs) that was the worse experience ever. Having to log/sign into the wifi everyday is a nightmare - this service should be updated and automated without an extra cost.

My room location, was 254, second floor it's like at the entrance to the other side of the floor and the door that close it, you can hear it every second in side the room when someone is passing

Amazing stay – highly recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to the beach, public transport, and nice cafes. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. One of the best things is how well the receptionists speak both German and English – such a big advantage, especially for international travelers. If there’s ever a problem in the room, you can contact them directly via WhatsApp, and they solve it very quickly. I had a small issue with the blinds, and it was fixed within 20 minutes! Everyone here has a warm smile, and you really feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again!
