We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyMartins place truly is a little paradise. His garden is directly at the water and each time you walk through it you’ll find a new small detail made with love. The loft is very cozy wanting you to spend all your stay only on his property. However, the sand beach (10min on foot) definitely is worth an afternoon where you can enjoy watching lots of surfers. The City Center also isn’t far (15-20min on foot) and is always full of life with a really nice atmosphere. Martin was an amazing host, collecting us from the bus station, driving us to the supermarket and airport, and giving us a short tour through the city Center. Thank you!

United KingdomOnly minor downside is the continual stream of aeroplanes from fairly early in the morning, but I'm sure if we'd been there a bit longer we'd have got used to them.
Such a great little set up. Loads of outdoor seating in the sun, the shade, directly overlooking the sea or the garden. A gas BBQ to complement the kitchenette in the apartment. I wish we'd been able to stay longer. Martín is a great host.

United KingdomThere are no problems with the property itself. The only thing I will mention is that the property is in close proximity to the airport, from which you may hear some flights a few times a day.
The garden that you see as you enter the property is beautiful with many places to lounge and relax. It is right next to the sea and when the tide is high is a great location for a dip. I wanted to grill some meat on a barbecue one evening and the host helped me with everything to facilitate this, and the dining area is a very nice and cosy place to eat. The room itself is very cleverly laid out, with a small kitchenette with electric hob, bathroom and sitting area downstairs and the bedroom above. The garden outside is a great place to get some work done in the morning before heading out and enjoying the local area.
