The rooftop pool is shallow and small. It is intended for adults to cool off while drinking. We didn’t appreciate the drunken guests while we wanted kids to enjoy cooling off too. The location is convenient but the neighborhood is rather unclean. Some streets nearby smelled.

Very central walking distance to everything. Staff on reception very nice I didn't get the staff members name but the morning we left there was an issue with my taxi I was so stressed and the gentleman behind the desk rang the driver for me and sorted it out.

As a guest declared to be for business, so expected to do some work on the laptop, I was given a room (I bought confort room) with no possibility to seat at the desk, which was 30 cm distance from the bed. The desk is very narrow and filled with staff. My receipt (asked in advance) was printed wrong 2 times, but in the end it was emailed to me properly. The swimming pool is really small, but the bar on the roof is good.

Excellent breakfast with fresh delicious food for a convenient price, good location close to the center and the metro. Very clean and nice location. The staff is kind and helpful.

There’s not enough counter space in the bathroom but that’s ok, a lot of shelves. I thought I booked 2 rooms with breakfast but unfortunately it was not included, but that’s ok, we were able to explore and eat cheaper breakfast outside anyway :)

I like the room size and the shower! The bed is very comfortable too and gets cleaned every day with free bottles of water and coffee!

Air conditioner was broken and no compensation was given. They tried to fix it and a temporary solution was found but it still was not cool. Shower had a problem with the head.

Close to the old area of the city and easy to walk around plus handy to metro and restaurants. We stayed in a comfort double room with a French balcony looking to the rear of the property. Bed was comfortable and wifi very good. Pool on rooftop was very small and got busy in late afternoon.

We stayed in room 003 and although we loved the balcony part we didn’t like the fact we could see into each others balcony’s as there is no privacy in anyway they can even see into your room if they are on their balcony which felt like the curtains always had to be closed. Would be better if there was like shaded glass panels.
