Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomGreat location, close to the beach. Superior side sea view room, floor 8. Large Comfortable bed, room/ bathroom spotlessly clean. Kettle, tea, coffee, etc. Fridge. Great aircon. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels. Large dining room with outdoor area too, very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely outdoor area for drinks. Reception staff were lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

GibraltarI didn’t like was the beds. They were comfy but creaked every time someone moved. Also parking is very expensive if you put your car in the parking garage 25€\day. Better to find parking on the street.
The room was in a quiet corridor and the balcony wasn’t over a noisy strip. The room was clean and the beds comfy. For breakfast was an array of different types of foods. You could always gets drinks or snacks. The pool was small but deep and very close to the beach. There was always beds available close to the pool. There were pool noodles available for fun. The staff were very efficient and polite. My daughter received 2 cakes and 2 notes as it was her birthday as well as they sent a complimentary bottle of Cava to my room.

GibraltarLike in most Hotels, I hate that most sunbeds around the pool are 'reserved' and not being used. In one instance a couple had reserved two sunbeds and came to the pool at 5pm.
Location, room and facilities are very good. Very near to one of the best restaurants, Old Swiss House!!!
