Location was not great but there was a bus into the city centre for 1 euro and stopped outside the hotel and was 5 stops away

It was a good stop over and the best beer on tap that we have tried.

I slipped on the tub on my second night. I had bruises and I hurt my back. I asked for a rubber mat for the tub but they only gave me a towel mat. A rubber mat should be provided to avoid slips and a handle bar should be installed on the wall at the side of the tub for safety.

Breakfast was good, but can be better if there was variety for different days. We stayed there for 9 nights so we kinda hoped/wanted something different on the other days .

Property is location is next to a gas station, close to the main road passing all Logrono. Parks for kids and to walk the dog are close by. Rooms are small, but well compartmented, so you can easily walk around the bed and access the dresser. Bathroom was big and with a bathtub. All was clean and as expected, but it’s not a luxurious hotel. Friendly staff.

Big wardrobe but only a small shelf space, no where else to put things. Room could easily take a bigger cupboard/desk. Same for bathroom. Nice walk in shower

Located at a gas station and quite far from town center. Need to warn tourists how far on the outskirts this hotel is located. We would not have stayed here had we known. Quite expensive!

Very noisy motorbikes using road outside as a race track through the night. Very noisy petrol tanker offloading outside our window 7am, hotel entrance is in petrol station forecourt. Our shower had no means of attaching shower head to the rail on the wall. Didn't notice till morning. When I complained to reception, she said, thank you. No regret or apology.

Good location for short run to Santander for ferry next day. Cafeteria prices very reasonable, €1.30 for a glass of wine.

Bar/restaurant, the food and drinks were a little expensive for what it was, but the food was more than acceptable.

I thought the price of breakfast was high, as we didn't want much eat, there was a good choice, but we only wanted orange juice and coffee with a pastry. Next time we would just go to local cafe. The evening meal was very good, and value for money.

It was as described, not far to the main town. Ideal stop for the night on our way to Bilbao, for ferry to UK.

The walls were like paper so it was quite noisy. Also there were aircraft noises. Could do with some redecoration . Nasty marks on walls see photo.

A bit of a walk to the centre, but the bus stop is close by if needed.

The pool was old and was not in use during summer. It’s a little bit far from the city centre.

The room is clean and the staff are nice. It’s beside a petrol station so there was a convenience store nearby.

location, I would have liked a more central location, it was a long walk from the river😭 also it’s beside a petrol station, but the view from our room wasn’t bad, a car park.

The room was very nice, plush bed, en-suite bathroom, The dinner was lovely, turkey, but we had to ask for some chips, The receptionist was helpful, she told us how to get back on the Camino de Santiago.
