Beds could be more comfortable, very basic kitchen equipment, overall cleanliness not satisfying: cleaning was very much on the surface, floors and areas under the furniture (kitchen, etc) were not wiped. During our 4 week stay no profound cleaning was provided as it is maybe done when guests change. Fresh towels and linen were provided as mentioned in the booking, here no complaints. There was quite some hassle with not functioning keys, which was only resolved after more than two weeks and several complaints. Cockroaches all over the area, but this is not a problem of the hotel itself, but the climate. Anti insect spray is provided. If you keep food and trash safely sealed, no bigger problems are to be expected.

We liked the perfect location of Las Brisas. It's close to the busses, to the beaches and to Shops & Shopping Centers. Although there is no 24/7 reception, we were provided a Whatsapp-Number where assistance was easy and fast to reach.

The shower was poorly installed and awkward to use. The 'no visitors' rule seemed petty. The rooms were starting to show their age, electrics basic and bedroom lights without covers seemed potentially dangerous. The slowest electrical kettle ever. No iron/board.

Floors were very dirty, we had to were shoes the whole time. Cleaners apparently thought we would start understanding spanish if they repeat themselves over and over again. Something about towels was a problem. Booking.com promised airport taxi, which was non existent.

Two beds were not great, with dead cockroaches in the wardrobe. Slow internet and the electricity turned off if you used multiple stove plates, it was easy to turn on the electricity tho, so not a huge problem, it made cooking take more time. Some of the kitchen equipment was very rusty but we got new when we asked for it, some equipment was also missing, but overall the kitchen was okay.

Worth the price, great pool, perfect location, and it is relatively quiet, especially at night time, no loud music, and people respect the rules. Restaurants nearby and a few relatively small but decent grocery stores. A kid's pool too with a lifeguard, great if you've got kids. The receptionist was helpful.

Shower could do with little updating. One bed out of 4 creeky, needs newer bigger kettle. Had place to leave our bags when checking out but didn't see outdoor toilet area if needed.

Bungalows felt Safe and secure. Everything you need very close by. Cleaning, pool and gardening staff seemed to be always present. Pool clean. Nice quiet family friendly area. Very well organised, loved area would definitely recommend to family and friends. Staff very polite and bungalow had all the necessities.

It’s a bit loudly at night, because of main streat going next to bungalows. Interior is a bit out of date, but it’s ok. The mattress is hard. And cockroaches - we catched four, but as I understand, this is normal for this geographical location.

The bungalows have a good location. Inside the teritory is swimming pool, that is open in december. The guests are quite. The teritory is locked, so there is no strangers.

Great location! 15 min walk to the sea, very close to a fantastic restaurant El Toro and some nice pubs and dancing spots. Public transport and a supermarket, all within 5 min walking. The bungalows are very neat and provide anything you need. The staff is very friendly. Second stay here and I'll definitely be coming back :D

This is not a joke !!!!we stayed about 1,5h and we run ..we booked a non smoking room , the smell is soak in evewhere. Curtains , furniture…We never stay in our life’s with your cockroaches!!!! And your staff and everything what is there is awful!!!!!!! How old is your place ? Are they serious? Cockroaches? Really !! You said this is nothing wrong !! This is very wrong , I never ever seen them at at my any accommodation …. What kind of person you have to be if you like cockroaches!!???? You want us to get diseases? I want insert at description what is a true: 1. Rude reception person; 2. Cockroaches; 3. Not Clean; 4. Not a bungalows , they are tiny tiny cottages 5 . Why Cockroaches living - because is not clean and disgusting; 6. Also you refuse to refund money, here not our fault, is yours fault. You not giving what is promised! Guys read all , cause this company doing this for many years ! I even don’t understand how they exist! They are so old and in the cottage is everything old. It’s feels like 80s Be careful cause you not gonna get that is promised and they not refund money back, even booking.com refuse to do that . This service is awful!!!!!! And prices is to high !All that building have to be renovated and change !!!!
