The Wi-Fi was very slow, particularly in our room. The charging ports in our rooms were also very slow and it took hours for our devices to charge, despite not using them much during our trip.

Staff were very kind and attended to all of our needs without hesitation. Breakfast was very good along with the various other food spots throughout the hotel.

WiFi is not very stable, or fast. Breakfast area is very hectic, but massive number of staff securing smooth servicing.

Very beautiful architecture and decorations, creating a combination between Spanish/Moroccan/Thai style. Great pool area with stunning vegetation. Easy and free parking on the streets around. Great apartments with space and very comfortable beds and fairly quiet AC.

The art in the hotel is a bit weird and outdated.

Great value for money, very charming and luxurious hotel. Loved the pool bar and the layered swimming pools. Fabukpus garden. Mostly German tourists. The spa is ok-ish but who needs that when it is 30 degrees outside. Walking distance to the beach and town, which is actually quite nice. I dont believe you can get better value for money unless of course you have a family of 5 and are looking for a cheap hotel with lots of waterslides.

The only thing was the hotel has a dress code that men need to wear trousers in the restaurant for dinner. This just meant that we ate elsewhere. Just seems a bit old fashioned and stuffy as all the other restaurants in Cala rajada were very chill.

Gorgeous setting, staff really friendly, wonderful breakfasts. The pools were lovely and you could always find somewhere in the sun or shade. The rooms were immaculately clean. It’s our second time and enjoyed it even more with our grown up children in tow. They enjoyed the night life!

It would have been nice to have water to drink in our room - expensive using the ones from the fridge- we forgot to buy some from the shops on last day but a very small thing !

The gardens are mature and beautifully kept , the staff are kind and friendly and expert at helping guests feel relaxed. We had the breakfast buffet every day and the evening buffet twice - we thought the food was excellent- so much choice well cooked , interesting and presented beautifully. The collection of objects sculpture and paintings that furnish the hotel give guests something different to look and think about at every turn on walks through the building. We stayed in May and there were plenty of sun beds and pool space - the pools in the trees are so pretty . Beds were comfortable rooms were quiet and easy to sleep in 🥰

The hotel has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation as a family. The breakfast buffet is really good.

Just little things: shared toilets could be more cleaner.

Very nice elegant hotel with spacious rooms and a beautiful garden. You can relax there far from the crowds: in the swimming pools, garden, garden bars or spa area. 5 minutes walk to the beach & promenade is also very convenient. A delicious breakfast with a big choice is an extra asset.

wonderful hotel with amazing greenery and pools. most of hotels in this area don’t have much of a territory, but this one has lots of old trees and other plants. very spacious rooms with balconies or terraces. one of the pools is silently for adults, very grateful for this. the others are more for kids. beach is 10 min walk, but was very full in august. really enjoyed the pool and the quiet time here.

The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. The food was very delicious and varied and the room was clean and tidy. We got the same room as last year and enjoyed every minute of our stay again. The pools were amazing and there was always enough space around any of the pools to relax and sunbath. Amazing cocktails thanks to our wonderful barkeeper and the yoga and meditation time on the grass.

The bathroom in our suite was "integrated" into the bedroom - meaning it was separated by a glass wall and no door. Additionally, there was no separate light switch for the toilet (that had a door, luckily) so you had to illuminate the whole bedroom to go to the toilet at night.

Great location in a quiet corner of the town but really close to both the centre and beach. Green premises, lots of interesting knick-knacks spread across the hallways. We got a free suite upgrade which was a great bonus.

The beds could have been comfier for a 5star hotel. Also, the room did not provide free water on arrival, this is unusual compared to other places I have stayed including those that are not 5 star. Another thing is that I called room service to ask for ice, they said they could not provide this as room service, I would have to go down to collect it. I suspect this was because it was free...regardless, for a 5 start I would have expected better customer service.

Good location, big hotel but they have managed to make it seem quite private and secluded because of the spacing and pools available. Stayed in the family suite and it was a really good size. The staff are all very approachable and friendly, I especially liked the breakfast staff (only booked breakfast).

Nothing really. If anything, some of the wheelchair access was a bit tricky, but nothing we couldn't manage, so all was good. But that's not to say we didn't like it, it was sometimes a bit of a challenge, but as I said everyone was so helpful, it wasn't really an issue.

I had to fly out to help my daughter who had broken her ankle. We stayed in a suite and everything was exceptional, from the food to the very helpful staff, who couldn't do enough for us. My daughter was in a wheelchair, and both the staff and even some of the guests did all they could to help us.
