The personel is super friendly and helpful. Also the location of the hostel is perfect. It easy to get to from the main station. And the area is vivid during evenings/nights, but dob;t worry, they have good windows, so it's not a problem during the night.

The best hostal I have been. Good room, bed confy, bathroom ok. Location top. Noisy place, bit you hear nothing in the room. Coffee 24 hours. Staff superbe. They repaired my suitcase. Not cheap, bur quality price good. Loved the place and would come back!

Located very close to the Gran Via, we could explore the city's main attractions by walking. The room is not large but the spaces are well organised for a comfortable stay. The room and the common area with coffee and fridge (very convenient) were all super clean. The hosts are very friendly and the possibility to leave your luggage before check in and after check out is very useful. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay close to the city center paying a reasonable price.

Walls are thin so noise does travel. Also, the air conditioning sometimes makes a clicking noise in the middle of the night.

The room was clean, and had a comfortable bed. Also had working air conditioning. In a walkable location around Grand Via and surrounding areas. The room is not big, but fine for one person for a few nights. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Overall, a very pleasant stay :)

It was noisy - not traffic, but walls are wafer thin so if next door had television on, you have to listen to it also, plus sneezing etc. Always people shouting on the street.

Location is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The room had desk, stools, chairs, multiple shelving both in main room and bathroom, large closet for any needs. The small balcony was a great bonus. The elevator was great. Was a quiet corner. No noise.

The wall between my room and my neighbour's was quite thin, most things are audible. There were small harmless ants in the room.

Its quite thin walls and you could hear people on the streets and other rooms quite easy for me this is not an issue as i can sleep trough anything. also the key system was a bit annoying having to have 4 different keys to get in but not a huge problem at all

The room was big and comfortable and location was smack in the center really good and high value place to sleep as the cost was 1/4th to any other place nearby. Also love the fact there was a kitchen and several fridges to keep the beer cold!

There's nothing to say here! Other people comment about the noise, but I slept here on a Tuesday night and it was quiet, perhaps it's worse on the weekend-

The convenience, the cleanliness, the cute dining room where you can get free tea and coffee and make your own breakfast, and the fact that everything worked. Also, the helpfulness of the owner/manager Javi.

Close to everything - makes Madrid very walkable. Accommodation is simple but the bed was very comfortable, very clean and the kitchen facilities are great.

Good location means a decent amount of late night street noise. Thankfully we're heavy sleepers but could be annoying. Also a little bit of a smell from the drains if you don't close the sliding bathroom door.

Unbeatable location, easy to find and access and kept nicely clean. Bed was comfy, although they use blanket and sheets rather than a duvet.

I liked everything. Nothing to complain. I guess if I was in town for work, would have been a bit difficult regarding the noise. The other customers kept slamming the doors and speaking/shouting on the corridor.

It's my second stay at La Zona. I like it very much: location, room, and early check-in. There is a kitchen with coffee, cookies, a microwave, and a big fridge. Very convenient and budget friendly.
