The only thing that bothered us a tiny bit was that the owner was smoking on the grounds.

The finca was so beautiful! We would strongly recommend staying here. It's a few km outside of Ronda, with nothing but birdsong around, green gardens with plenty of space to relax, a nice big pool, and a beautiful patio full of plants, flowers and lights. Plan some time to just stay here and relax, not only visit the (also stunning) surrounding landscapes, towns and villages. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

The farmhouse hotel was great, more like an air B&B Breakfast was provided if you required it, after that you could cook and prepare your lunch and dinner. Excellent kitchen. The gardens are beautiful very cleverly planted. Infinity swimming pool was glorious

Very tranquil in both its location and the property itself. The hosts are present and accessible but very much leave you to yourself. All the facilities you could need are present. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you.

We loved the location and views of the mountains, we loved our room and the shared kitchen which was kitted out with everything one would need. The place is close to Ronda but in the country, in general it was quiet.

It was a shock to discover that there would be no other meals and that I would need a car. The company should ensure that all travellers should be aware of this before they arrive.

Once we got over the shock of my not having a car and therefore had no possibility of buying food, I thought that the breakfast was good and Marie very kindly prepared an excellent dinner for me each evening.

You do get wasps in the courtyard when your food is out on the table. Fly swatters are provided on every table to help get rid of them. This wasn't really a problem as covering food or clearing debris away once finished reduces the attention from wasps.

The Hotel is lovely. On the right of the entrance hall is the shared kitchen. This is large and kitted out with everything you might need for self catering, including gas hobs, microwave, free standing oven, shared fridge, cutlery, utensils, crockery etc. At the end of the entrance hall is the shaded courtyard with tables & chairs for meals. There is also a large gas BBQ for guests to use. I think the hotel must have 7 rooms. It was never crowded, there is plenty of space and sharing the kitchen is not an issue. Small fridges are also provided in every room and each room has a locker to store dry foods/goods. The pool is great. It is a long & wide pool (estimated 15 m x 4/5 m) There are deck chairs along one side and a small area at end end of the pool for a further 2 deck chairs. Along side is the garden with chairs, hammock, table tennis table. Again there is plenty of space and finding shade is not a problem.

A beautiful location close to Ronda which was easy to reach by car. The owners had provided a very chilled out relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation in general is completed to a very high standard. The inside and outside garden areas were perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The infinity pool was the icing on the cake

The owner smokes inside, while it is forbidden for the guests. Just don't smoke inside! When all the rooms are occupied the kitchen is too small to house everyone for breakfast or making dinner. Hard beds.

Big comfortable room and bathroom, the common kitchen improves contact with other guests.

Having to leave

Everything!!!! This felt like true, old-fashioned Spain -- maybe even better than I had imagined. The hacienda setting amid olive groves in the mountains, plus pool, excellent AC, and fabulous shared kitchen were all extraordinary. One evening as we were sitting by the pool, a friendly fox trotted over to say hi. And the owner, Marie, was terrific, esp when we mislaid our keys late in the evening. Oh, and nearby Ronda is not to be missed. We even got to enjoy a local flamenco concert / lesson.

The room needed more lighting. The neighbours barking dogs.

We loved our spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable room. The communal kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The garden courtyard with seating was lovely. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. There was a beautiful outside area with hammocks and pool lounges, overlooking the Olive trees. One of our favourite places to stay on our trip.

We had a really relaxing stay at La Guzmana de Ronda. Marie is very welcoming, the interior is decorated beautifully and the gardens are delightful. The shared kitchen has everything you need. We barely left the property as we enjoyed it so much.

Nil. The kitchen facilities need a bit of more organising seeing they are used by several. Would be useful to have stickers to write on dates of food going in and to mark what is yours. Some signs on what or not should be recycled. A check before the morning the dishwasher has gone on so the dishes are ready in the morning. Otherwise the kitchen is well catered for.
