There was nothing to fault.

In all my years of holidays, this was by a mile the best apartment that I have had. Spacious, spotless and well equipped. The welcome pack was above and beyond anything I have experienced.

had the most amazing stay here! I travelled alone to Lanzarote and the apartment was absolutely perfect – spotless, comfortable, and beautifully kept. The cleaners came in daily to change the bins and replace towels, which I didn’t even realise was included in the price. The team went above and beyond for me, from storing my luggage after checkout until my evening flight, to responding instantly when I accidentally locked my belongings in my case. Their kindness and efficiency made me feel completely at ease. The apartment itself is lovely and so cosy, especially in the evenings, and the pool area is always clean and inviting. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place highly enough – I’ll definitely be back!

The apartment complex was spotless and the apartment was very well equipped and very clean. It also has aircon and good WiFi. The welcome pack is a fabulous touch and very generous. We visited in July and it was lovely and quiet.

Overall all of the staff within the complex particular Diana and Maria were excellent and very friendly and attentive .Nothing was too much bother for them . Quick and reassuring response from Ciro as well when I messaged him about tripping and falling over coffee table .Within 10 mins Maria came to room to check how I was .Thanks so much .Will definitely be back .

The location is slightly uphill from the main street, and parking nearby can be limited.

The apartment had everything I needed, from pool towels to a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. The staff was very helpful and available when needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and self-managed, which was very convenient.

Is up a hill so may not suit everyone. There are 4 floors on site but no lift.

A hidden gem in Old Town. Close to everything. Apartment had everything we needed including deckchairs for Playa Chica, beach towels, washing machine, airer, long mirror and good selection of kitchen items. Clean and tidy, comfy beds. Cleaner came every day and even took out our recycling! Complimentary tray on arrival was great, much appreciated. Great furnished balcony with pool and small glimpse of a sea view. Lovely pool area, cleaned every day and sunbeds available. A lovely complex that has been upgraded in the last couple of years so older reviews probably no longer valid.

Location was perfect as we love the old town but still walking distance to the strip. Apartment good size fabulous balcony with sun all day. Welcome pack of wine and nibbles on arrival. Cleaner in everyday it was spotless. So much so have booked again for later in the year.

I go to Puerto del Carmen a lot. This was the best apartment I have stayed in so far. It was exceptional. The staff were so cheerful and helpful. We had trouble with the safe and it was sorted within an hour. The place was spotless. We were picked up at the airport for free. The welcome gift was amazingly and beach towel's provided. Location is perfect. Looking forward to next trip.

The only issue were the loungers round the pool - they were really uncomfortable.

Everything. The location was ideal to visit both old town and new town. It had a good pool which was very clean. The apartment was cleaned everyday; the cleaner was superb. The welcome package was a lovely touch. Any issue we had was sorted promptly and without fuss! We were able to stay in the property on check-out day also. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Puerto Del Carmen.

Only complaint I have is sun loungers were very uncomfortable And my husbands bed was very loud the base needs replacing Even with that I'd still book here again

Location is perfect 👌 Right beside supermarket and bus stop for airport. Close to lots of restaurants Really well equipped apartment lots of personnel touches like a welcome pack on arrival and beach towels and fantastic cleaning service

The apartment is very clean, it is a beautiful apartment very comfortable.. the beds are also very comfortable. It's quite complex. Staff are very friendly . There was a beautiful welcome package of wine procso, water and snack it a lovely touch. Sunbeds aren't the most comfortable, but I will definitely be back.
