Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very nice qualm and relaxed place. Perfect spot for enjoying sun and nature. Pool is perfect. Service unbelievable. Every wish is in within minutes fullfilled. You can communicate via whattsapp and the team is bringing breakfast, diner and everything else directly to your house. Without noise and very discret.

Israelthis is the best example for good ideas that need a much better performance. we checked in at 18 (the reception that exactly) the tempratue of the cabin was so hot that you just could not stay inside. we turned the ac on, but could finally stay inside just and hour later. what a welcome! then dinner. they have a "menu" we spent a long time with the reception to try to find some vegeterian dishes, they say it is a catering but all that is fake. all the menu is based on supermarket pre prepared dishes ( we ve seen them the next day in the carefour in Cordoba) and they charge you with real restaurant prices. we complained so they did not charge us in the end. we also ordered the Berrea experience, the wild deer rutting season evening tour. also a fake! a guide that had no idea about the Deer just a nice old lady that need extra income. I read all the reviews and maybe seem as trouble maker but i'm not. when you decide to have a nature experience you must be honest and oriented and not just greedy.
