All was great!

Very friendly staff, super clean with a warm family-run atmosphere. We arrived and it turned out we had made a mistake in our booking, and the allocated rooms didn't have enough beds for our family. The hotel staff immediately set out to fix the situation and eventually allocated us three twin rooms next to each other which was a much better solution. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visit the beautiful historical town on Chinchon.

I always wanted to try their breakfast, but we have to get up earlier than them to go to the field for our agricultural work, so we end up going to eat at the bar down the street near the plaza instead.

We have actually been staying here for years on our annual trip for wheat research in the area. We really love this place. The service is always great and they are very kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable and great value for the money. Also, you can walk right into historic Chinchon from there and parking is easy.

Exceptionally clean, easy to find, I was able to park right outside ( for free). It's just 10 minutes walking to the Plaza Mayor and the beautiful historic town. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast for just 6€ is great value for money, I can recommend it I stayed here before heading to Madrid airport. The airport is 45 minutes away and not a difficult drive. I was so happy I found this place

No staff on at night, which is ok except when you need them. I.e. when the couple in the room next to us were making a lot of noise between 2 and 3 am - after they came in late, drunk, laughing and shouting - woke everyone up.

Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Hotel and town were both delightful - as was our host(ess). Room was very clean and comfortable. A very homey feel all round. View from our bedroom was great - we managed to watch a weekend football match between two junior teams which was very entertaining! We were also spoilt with two bathrooms. Excellent value for money. A short walk took us to an unusual town centre.

A bit loud in the morning as people were checking out as downstairs rooms are close to reception - this is just how the house is laid out though.

Lovely old house, 8 min walk from centre of chinchon, clean comfortable room, friendly staff, good shower, great value, friendly and attentive staff (kindly remembered id asked for an iron which was already in my room on arrival)

The bed made a loud noise every time it touched the wall. The problem needs attention.

There were no tea or coffee making facility in the room. However,parking was free and immediately outside the hotel. This was our second stay at the hotel in two/three years. We will definitely use it again and recommend it. The centre of town is ten minutes walk and very historic and old.

Breakfast was very good, served expertly and with a smile. There were no choices just what you were given, however there was ample quantity. The coffee was very good. And the breakfast was well worth 5euros per person.

The hotel was better than we expected. Easy to park, nice decoration, friendly staff, comfortable beds, quiet at night. There is a supermarket very close by and it is just a 10 min walk to the beautiful town square.
