Fantastic apartment everything very thoughtfully considered. Roof terrace with the pool on the roof was wonderful and without too many apartments with access it was common for us to have this space to ourselves. We enjoyed having breakfast on the roof terrace. Cadiz was wonderful and there are some great places to eat out. The combination of luxury apartment in an very interesting unspoilt walled city surrounded by the sea with accessible beaches is hard to beat. The apartment is beautifully quiet and cool even in the hottest days we stayed there 10/10.

We were greeted by Eric and made to feel really welcome. He showed us round the property and gave us lots of great information about Cádiz. The property was amazing.

Everything,the accomodation is beautifully designed and very relaxing. It is in a great location. The attention to detail is amazing and lots of extras in each apartment :Japanese toilet,mood lights in bathroom, bubbly in fridge on arrival..... . The super friendly hosts are around if you need any information or help.

I didn’t have enough time there! Needed a few more days to have more time for the rooftop.

Eric and Vittore were so warm and welcoming. It felt like staying in a home but with our own private space too. They super helpful with recommendations.

Communication was very easy and Victor was there to greet us upon arrival. He then outlined the facilities, and recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. And of course, the welcome drink was very much appreciated. He then provided a guide of the facilities prior to showing us to our room and explaining all the facilities within. Thank you so much - it was a very welcoming arrival.

The individualised interest that Eric takes in making sure that your stay is not only comfortable but also that you are properly informed about everything that Cádiz has to offer, is unique. The restaurant recommendations and bookings were wonderful, the apartment was incredibly stylish and the ambiance of cultured intelligence was superb.

Beautiful restored merchant house. Great convenient location on one side of a lovely quiet pedestrian square. Vittore and Eric have created a very special place - beautiful spacious interiors and lovely verdant roof garden and pool. Super helpful hosts regarding bookings and local sights seeing.

Beautiful apartment, with character and excellent attention to detail. We met one of the owners (Vittore) who was very welcoming and couldn't have done more to make us feel comfortable. He advised us on the best activities, restaurants etc in Cadiz and showed us around personally. The building itself is even more wonderful in the person and we really enjoyed the rooftop area, its the perfect little oasis. We wished we had stayed longer and have already recommended La Casa del Consul to family and friends. Don't hesitate to book here.

Beautifully and stylish refurbished building with such attention to detail. The apartment was spacious and lovely. It was really comfortable too, with high quality bed linen and luxury towels. We chose to have breakfast and it was perfect - everything was so fresh and good. We loved the terrace area and pool - a great area for relaxing after a day out. The recommendations of places to visit and local restaurants were great and so helpful

Sublime....enjoyed every moment. Fantastic reception and introduction from the owners to their Casa and Cadiz Outstanding rooftop, apartment and central location. When we return this will be our base again.

Good location: property situated in a lovely square, close to the waterfront. Property: beautiful old 5 story terraced house, filled with artwork. Communal areas, including laundry facilities. Room: spacious, modern fittings, small kitchen area. Host: friendly hosts who provided a 30 minute overview of things to see, recommended restaurants and other activities.
