I cannot think of anything to write here.

The location , and the peace and quiet it brought. The view into the valley from the pool was beautiful. Rooms were of traditional charm, but with modern amenities. Breakfast had all the classics, and well prepared. Strong coffee !

The hotel was amazing - beautiful old converted monastery; rooms were spacious and well appointed; gorgeous tilework. Property was expansive and gorgeous. Pool over-looked the valley. Wish we had stayed more days and we definitely want to come back. Restaurant was excellent and super accommodating of our halal meal requirements for dinners. Breakfast was excellent too. Location was great for day trips via rental car to Seville, Algeciras, Ronda, and Marbella.

the service is basic, the rooms are a bit worn and the staff almost doesnt speak English. its sometimes a bit confusing and hopeless, but on the other side, its charming :) if the cons are necessary for the pros, we accept that fully. the question is: would we come back? and the answer is: absolutely

As this is a beautiful location and venue, if you are looking for relaxation, be careful that there isn’t a wedding on. We left just as wedding preparations were starting and it was definitely not so relaxing then.

This hotel is a gem. If you are looking for relaxation in nature, it is perfect. The rooms are lovely and clean, the pool is amazing and there are fantastic walks all around the property.

Went to have a drink in the afternoon to be told the bar wasn't open until 4pm. When it did open had to keep going to reception to request a drink as the bar did not have staff there.

Really lovely peaceful location. Rooms very spacious and clean. Not a massive menu in the restaurant but the food was lovely and the view is fantastic. Had a really nice overnight stay.

This is an absolute gem of a place with a fabulous five star restaurant. The former convent has been tastefully converted into a wonderful hotel with lovely bathrooms and a very generous breakfast.. Price was great too!

Not anything that is worth complaining about. Privilege to stay here.

Bfast was sufficient with options. The room was comfortable. I could hear people in the next room but not a disturbance. Would have liked to have a bit nicer view but I think they give Booking.com bookings not the best views. The ambiance of the antiguo hotel is so lovely.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the surroundings, so beautiful, peaceful and tastefully done! The staff were very polite and attentive, the food at the restaurant was great. The bed in our room was huge, the bathroom as well, with plenty of hot water. We would love to stay at Almoraima again!

More choice for Vegans and vegetarians. The world is changing they need to change their menu’s

The breakfast was very basic and disappointing. Specially there is not much choice for vegetarians. Rocia was very helpful.

I stopped here for one night after a trip to Morocco and rather than staying in the busy Algeciras. What a wonderful hotel, I could have stayed for a week. The most comfortable beds, clean rooms and fantastic facilities and staff. The food is also amazing.

AC in our room didn't work, sure heating was on too so woke up sweating & no way to cool down except opening balcony doors which was slightly noisy & let the mosquitoes in, so not a great sleep!

Location is beautiful, Hotel & facilities are exceptionally good, breakfast was good. Room was fantastic with a double bathroom.

There was a humming noise during all night, probably from air ventilation - nothing overly uncomfortanle, but still a bit unpleasant.

Hotel location and surroundings are simply exceptional, out of town and in very quiet location. Room (and also bathroom) is very spacious and there was a very comfortable king size bed, which was nice surprise.

Beautiful location.The hotel is an old convent renovated into a lovely hotel and set in 1400 hectares of beautiful coutryside. It is tranquil and peaceful. This has been our best stay so far in Spain. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Free parking on sites.

This is a historic and unique place- wonderful architecture, with forest surrounds that exude peace and harmony. It’s a place to regenerate the mind and body away from hustle and bustle of the rush of life. Staff are helpful and kind. We plan a revisit again in our return to Spain
