Great Family-Friendly Hotel Near the Zoo This is a nice family hotel located not far from the Zoo, which made it super convenient for our trip. I was contacted right after check-in to make sure everything was okay, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and reliable internet. There's also a small yard at the back of the hotel where the kids could play – a great bonus for families. Overall, a pleasant stay!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. Our room was clean, spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. We were kindly offered a complimentary breakfast, which was of excellent quality. The service was outstanding — the staff were always attentive and eager to assist. We sincerely appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Family run hotel and they couldn't have been nicer. Restaurant in hotel wasn't open but they gave us they're number so when we got changed and showered we could ring. They picked us up and took us to another family business they have. Their bar and restaurant. Food was great and beer was cold 😋. Fantastic service and a really nice little hotel. Couldn't fault it.

Amazing service! The owner is incredibly welcoming and genuinely concerned about our comfort. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of cold cuts, fruits, breads, cakes, and tarts. To top it off, we were gifted a bottle of wine at the end of our stay. What a lovely place!

Gema at the reception was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is a beautiful building and tastefully renovated. Enough parking is available what is needed since it is situated a bit inland.

Everything! Huge room and comfortable bed, a balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding nature. The hotel has a homey family atmosphere. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Gema and Alfonso were super nice and helpful with everything we wanted during the whole stay. I really recommend this vacation! P.S. Go for a dinner at Alfonso's restaurant, it's really good!!!! Would have given it a 20 if it was possible.

location. it is literally in the middle of nowhere - a motel on a corner of a road. it is a perfect place for a one night stop to arrive late ( eat dinner somewhere else on the way, there is nothing around), sleep, have breakfast ( that was excellent) and move on

super clean, tasteful modern decor, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. excellent shower. breakfast was very good with selection of cheese, Hanson, fresh bread and orange juice, fruits, home made jams and cakes. the lady was serving breakfast (Heidi) speaks perfect English, made us wonderful coffee and gave us great recommendations on thermal baths in the area and we used to choose our next overnight stop. the lady at the reception (Gema) didn’t speak English but with Google translate gave us all the details we needed for our stay. overall, great hospitality, excellent hotel, bad location

There was constant traffic noise in the bedroom

I liked everything except the noise of traffic.

Hotel was empty and the restaurant was closed the night we stayed so we would have needed to travel to get a meal and after a long day on our motorcycles that was not for us. There was a small bar across the busy main road so at least we could get a beer before turning in.

Great location for our final night before the ferry from Santander to Plymouth. Breakfast was great.

Kind people working there. GEMA ;) Convenient Hotel for overnight stop when you’re just passing by.
