Front desk stuff were friendly and very kind, I suppose during August is the peak travel season for Valencia, the price for hotel at August can be considered as expensive, but consider of the service, i believe it is worth. We were there to catch the bus on the next early morning, to the central bus station is walk reachable.

I would suggest to include water every day in the room (as complementary) and also USB connection in the rooms (at least, your rooms did not have it).

Location is very good as it's very well connected to the bus and metro plus there is a shopping center across the road (El Corte Ingles). The restaurant is quite good as it provides a good variety of food and drinks.

Neighbourhood is getting worse and worse. A fan in the room ceiling would be greatly appreciated for those who don't like sleeping with the AC on all night. AC 's very often don't work well in hotels Gym would be great and if it does not have one, partnership with the gym nearby would be great stuff.

Breakfast Buffet free for under 5 when you book another buffet was great ! Staff was very welcoming and charming and accommodating . They really elevate the stay, both in restaurant and reception. Mercedes was super helpful and smiley (helped with our luggage holding, with a card that I thought I forgot in the room and did not made me wait in the queue so much as she was able to multitask and make the client before wait a couple of second to find what I needed since client before was going to be for a longer time at reception)

Warm hospitality and a great stay in Valencia! We had an awesome stay at Hotel Kramer – the rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to recommendations around the city, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The location is also great – well connected and close to the city center. The on-site restaurant was a bonus too!

For only 3 nights stay we have failed to find something we can dislike about this place.

We stayed for a week, and in general the room was OK, but there were small details that suggested that it was originally designed with shorter, city break style stays in mind. E.g., after visiting the beach we did not have any space for hanging and airing our towels and swimsuits.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the centre, right next to the Túria park and well-connected via public transport. Staff was very friendly and always helped us with a genuine smile on their faces. Breakfast was good, maybe not exceptional, but quality ingredients and overall a pretty wide offer. We would have preferred to have more fresh vegetables.

The location wasn't ideal. A little away from everything...but easy to jump on a bus from the hotel and get all around the city.

Hotel is near a club or a bar, it was quite a discomfort on saturday when we wanted to go to sleep. It’s near a road too, but that didn’t bother us, only the club but it was only on one day - others we slept well.

Stuff was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well taken care of, everything was up to standard. We had very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.
