Super location with easy secure parking nearby. Staff were terrific, very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast wasn't up to other hotels standards but OK.

    The pillows.

We arrived late and the reception staff were excellent. The rooms are basic but then it isn't trying to be something it isn't....We simply needed a bed for the night and it delivered.

The pillow was too small/soft and I woke up with high pain in my neck. I didn't ask for another pillow, as it was only 1 night and the "damage" was already done. Maybe they have more options... Also, the breakfast is pretty basic, with only a few options of low-quality produce (like juice, jam, cheese).

The room was clean and met our general expectations. The staff was friendly, and a curious antique decoration made it unique. The location is nice, although there are street works, and you can't park there.

I was expecting airco since it was summer and it was very hot outside. They only had a fan and I did not noticed that before making the booking of the room. Maybe it was mentioned but probably not clear enough since I didn’t noticed until I was at the property.

It was very clean and staff very friendly

Bed was ok, and there was a top sheet which I appreciated. Only one thin pillow though. The bathroom was small, with the tiniest shower ever. The shower head was fixed and very high. The room was noisy as we had to leave the window open. No ceiling fan or aircon. No bottles of water in room.

Breakfast was fair. Coffee machine, toaster. Boiled eggs and pastries plain yoghurts. The location was central and the car parking quite close and worked well. The staff were very pleasant. The young women recommended a restaurant for tapas or lamb, we had tapas which were the best I’ve had. Also, as it was hot offered to change our room as it sis not have a ceiling fan. We were too tired to consider this. However she did bring a free standing fan.

Good for a stopover. Walked into the centre and had a look at the underground wine caves then had tapas in one of the many bars/restaurants.

Great little hotel, receptionists recommendation for a restaurant was also brilliant - underground car park 2 minute walk away, cost about £10 for the night but saved a lot of hassle trying to find a space.

No AC. It wasn’t necessary when I was there. No fridge in room. No cups nor hairdryer. Breakfast was basically packaged goods and coffee machine and was not included and overpriced.

Comfortable room with lots of light and good ventilation. Helpful staff. Elevator.

There was no hair dryer (that I could find) in the room and I would prefer not to have to hand in my room key to reception when coming and going (that seems a little old school).

Great location just on the edge of the old town with a public car park (discounted parking through the hotel) at the end of the street. Lovely foyer and a window in the room that opened. We used this hotel a base to explore the Ribero del Duero area and it is was a really good location for that. There are also nice walks on the rivers surrounding the city that can be easily accessed from the hotel.
