Room space was minimal as there was not much space for movement in the room.

The hotel's location was a major plus, providing easy access to public transport and a pleasant walk to the vibrant Royal Palace, which offers may restaurant choices nearby. The room was equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The included breakfast was basic but satisfying.

The location! Very close to the city center. Lots of public transport around. Nice bar around the corner, for a descent and payable breakfast, beers, vermut and calimocho and food.

The room was a bit small, but functional. There was very little natural light. Their so called courtyard view was a tiny window looking out onto cement walls and pipes.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Small room and very very small bathroom. Strange that there were no shelves in the bathroom to put our toiletries bags or even toothbrushes. We had to keep our toiletries outside of bathroom otherwise they could fall into the toilet. Also no single shelf in the shower to put soap or shampoo on. You have to put them on the floor. No handle bar for safety either. The smell of sewage was bothering but it might be just a city problem in Madrid. I think the bathroom with more shelves would be very helpful. The noise from the street is unavoidable specially during holidays and festivities, but having a noise machine to cover it helped. The side tables were fixed on the wall, at least in our room, so we couldn't rearrange them for more space. Did I mention the room was small?

Nice design ideas throughout the hotel. It was interesting to name the rooms by countries and not numbers. The staff were very friendly and helpful, not to mention speaking English too :) They would clean the room and bring bottles of water everyday. Also there was a fridge in the room. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to old town and sights. The shower heads were nice and interesting!!! The breakfast at the cafe nearby was also very nice. They served us with coffee, a glass of juice, a banana, yogurt and choice of open sandwich or croissant or ... We really liked the salmon sandwich with cream cheese.

The shower didn’t drain well so there was quite a bit of water building up on the bathroom floor. The sink was connected with the toilet unit, a bit too compact.

The room was incredibly small for 4 beds. As soon as we walked in our room, we realized the bathroom door would not open. We were moved to another room, and the shower was clogged and flooded the room.

It is quite noisy during the night as everything can be heard, like people passing by the room or water going through pipes when someone is taking a shower :D There was also some plumbing problem that during night there was water leakage in bathroom (it was in the shower, so no major issue), which we informed staff about and was fixed for the next night. Could have benefited from extra pillow as have used sleeping with more that one flat, but that just suggestion not an issue.

Great location in center, all the attractions in city center can be reached by foot. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nice bonus that each day there was new bottle of water in room and all needed, like toothbrush. Like that the breakfast was included from the coffee shop nearby, where could choose from several options provided. After checking out were still able to leave our stuff in storage while having last stroll through the city before flight home.

La ubicación es lo mejor. Está en pleno centro de Madrid, pero lejos del bullicio. El desayuno se toma fuera del hotel, pero es casi repetitivo, yogur, cambur y cafe todos los dias. Solo varian la combinación de la tostada. Y algo que no me gusto es que fue el UNICO de cinco hoteles que estuve, que me pedían 30 Euros por entrar a la habitación antes de las 3pm, el dia de mi llegada. Aunque solo fuera un par de horas antes y con la habitación ya lista.
