The apartment was fabulous, it had everything we could need , washing machine, dishwasher etc. Great balcony for sitting out on evenings. Very quiet and peaceful at night, Comfortable big beds. We were met at the property by Jonny which was easy. The location was about a twenty minute walk into Denia which was fabulous, with all its restaurants and bars, it is a lovely town to explore. The beach was closer being only a fifteen minute walk and Aldi just around the corner. The tram service is worth using as it is so easy.

Good sized 1 bed flat with outside area. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, good sized TV and a reproduction Klimt on the wall. Also had use of a swimming pool

Not sure about the Chandeliers

It was my second stay, very happy with location, place. I've got new hairdryer in the bathroom 👍

The 2 apartments we used were very clean and all the amenities worked. It was excellent value for money

Unfortunately upon arrival we were informed that we had to change apartment after 4 days into another for our final 3 days, for no real reason other than the owner was returning. If we had known that beforehand we would have probably cancelled the booking. It was quite inconvenient and we had to change ours plans and lost a whole morning of our trip packing and changing apartment. Also in neither apartment did the patio and kitchen windows lock, which although on the 1st and 4th floors was still a security concern.

The apartment is part of a nice secure complex & was well equipped.

There are no chairs at the communal pool & it would have been nice if some were provided in the accommodation to take to the pool.

Johnny was there to meet us right on time and with a friendly smile.

I love the mountain view from the apartment. Place was clean. Fully equipment kitchen. The apartment it self was bit to dark. But i was out for all day and back for siesta and evening time.

Hairdryer broken, waschmachine used once and had to take out things to wash locally, the clothes wear smelly. I think the waschmachine has to be cleaned or replaced. Most of the days was quiet and nice until the familly with child moved beside the apartment.

Beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Clear communication and introduction. I highly recommend as very good value for money in this area.

The location for me was very good as my visit was primarily to cycle in the mountains around Denia. The apartment complex was modern and has a swimming pool which is great for post ride relaxation. Shops are within 5-15 minute walk away. The bed was comfortable, kitchen small but all that was needed. Apartment in general is in very good shape and great for 1-2 people. It has inbuilt dishwasher and a small number of wash pods was included, enough for my visit. The kitchen is modern and has both the dishwasher and washing machine.

Need more knives and one or two more better quality pots. It needs one or two more sharp knives, the ones that were there were end of life.

Not enough materials in the kitchen en glasses.

Very quite, well maintained. Balcony does not get any sun but in high summer maybe that would be a blessing.

May as well bin the beach umbrella as unusable as was one of the chairs

Peaceful & clean edifico with three pools & padel. Clean, nice & quite peaceful apartment. Washing machine & dishwasher were big help. Very good Wi-Fi. Very helpful staff; picked me from the bus station & bring more kithcen things & sheets. The balcony was really positive experience. Sun shine almost whole day.

Sofa in living room is not comfortable to sit.
